I called Audi Huntsville after visiting Audi Nashville. I had a q3 to trade and had a car in mind but Nashville didn't want to negotiate too much on the price. Eric at Huntsville picked up the phone and after hearing my story quickly found us the right car for the right price. I can't stress enough how important it is to accommodate the reluctant buyer. Huntsville is a haul from Franklin TN where we live, but we came and picked up the car. Mark, the finance manager sat down with us and we had paperwork signed in less than 20 minutes. I know quite a bit about leasing cars and how the money side works, these guys don't put up smoke and mirrors, very straight forward. If you want a great deal on a new Audi, give Eric a call. I spoke with someone in service who said yes, he'd start the claim and call me back. He did call back once to get details about the crack, but after that, I never heard another word. I waited several days with no update and had to call back myself. The next person told me there was no record of my call, didn't know who I spoke to, and said they'd figure it out and call me back. No one did. When I called again, I was told no one had ever spoken to me and that the dealership doesn't handle windshield claims -- that I'd have to call the warranty company myself. When I did, the warranty company immediately confirmed a man named Jeff at the dealership had in fact started the claim. So not only did someone at the dealership speak to me, they lied and denied it. I then asked to speak with the manager to address how poorly this was handled. I was told he was out and that he'd call me back. That was September 14th. It's now weeks later -- and no one has ever called me. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If you ever need service here, document every name, time, and call -- because clearly, they won't. Sales may be fine, but once you're in the door for service, it's a completely different story. This is not how a dealership should treat customers.

Engine running, indicator on dash showed it was in park but the lever wouldn't move out of drive. The linkage between the shifter and the transmission became disconnected. I take my Jeep here for oil and tire service and they always do a great job. I took it in and they verified the broken connection. The fix is a part from Doorman: part 14055. The local parts store sells it for $16.99. When the plastic part was replaced - about two hours after they started working on it - the bill came to just under $120. They charged me $29.99 for that $16.99 part... Upcharge was almost x2. I am an app user and had a coupon for $15.00 off any service other than an oil change. The manager denied my using that coupon - did everything short of calling me a liar stating the coupon - that came from their app - wasn't from their app. My history with this company is over. The replacement of this part takes less than 10 minutes: look it up on YouTube... The despicable upcharge is ridiculous. I'm all about a business making a profit but not an almost double the price of the replacement part to a loyal customer. Done. Adios. Chow. Hasta la vista, baby!

They gave me the quote for around 900 with 4 hours labor at $95/hr. The phone call to start service to pick up call was a 3 hour gap. I was charged for 6 hours and told that software determines the labor charged, not actual labor time. IT'S A VERB. I feel ripped off and lied to. Just be aware that they don't charge on honest time, but rather computer software estimation. I haven't driven much to know if the work is reputable, but sure hope so.

After a couple of phone calls to find a battery and installation, I bought the battery from "The Battery Store" (really great guys there) who steered me to Miller's (right next door) for the installation. Mr. Miller had an open bay and he took me right in and replaced the battery in under 20 minutes. He was efficient, polite and his office lady is friendly and most helpful. I did all the shopping for the part and finding a shop on the phone and set it all up. I will be taking my vehicle back to his shop the next time something is needed.
