They always have the brands I need and if not they can have it there usually within 2 business days. They don't get irritated when you say do-hicky, thing-a-ma-bob, whatcha-ma-callit, and a you know while waving your hands. Trying to explain where the thing came from or fell off of. They are very kind and helpful. The location is directly off the Main Street right across from other competitors. The only bad thing is they have only 1 entrance/exit but it usually flows pretty good. The prices are very competitive if not usually the lowest in the area. They will pay for an uber or Lyft to take you within a certain range and pick you back up. It's great for remote workers to drop off before work and pickup at lunch etc. *They usually send out $20 oil change coupons The bad: *The coupons are to get you in the door and sell your car or buy a new one. Every time I have went they are texting me or giving me fliers about selling my car. I'm willing to put up with this for the $20 oil change. *The following happened to me today and I'm VERY irritated. I bought tires at Costco and they TOOK OFF my Costco sticker for when my tires need to be rotated and sent me home with a sheet noting an alignment should be done next visit and it is $189. So now I have to call Costco to ask when my car should be serviced by them because Toyota removed the sticker. Removing the sticker had me furious as soon as I noticed at the light pulling out. It reminded me of another situation. Prior to getting new tires at Costco my car had only been serviced at Toyota. My tires needed a tool to get them off. So Costco could not take them off, I called Toyota who informed me they wouldn't have used my tool as they use a universal one. I sure as heck wasn't in my replacement tire area removing any of the tools. So I had to order the tool to get the tire off, make another appointment at Costco. Just a giant waste of time and now my time is wasted again because they removed the sticker. It's sad, I think this was my last visit to Team Toyota Service..over a sticker.

They try selling you everything under the sun that has nothing to do with the reason you're there. I had 4 power steering pumps put in before they got it right and that was after they had to replace the head they cracked while using the wrong size bit to drill out a snapped bolt. Guess who had to pay because they claimed it wasn't their fault. $1500. for a head. Plan and simple it's been nothing but problems. Trying to talk to their district manager because my timing is slipping again, it's eating oil left and right, and I was told I've been nothing but a problem and I should take it elsewhere for a second opinion because it's not their problem. So on a scale of 1-10 I'd give this facility a -10.

Rumble noise at high speed…read more Called another shop who said it was probably front end wheel bearings but couldn't get the car in for a week so I had decided to have Scotts, you save look at it and he told me it wasn't the bearings or CV joints, but the tires were cupped and we just had them rotated from the rear a few days ago We decided to do an alignment since I never had it done before, and it was out a little bit which they fixed. So they saved me a ton of money, by not replacing the wheel bearings and being hotness in straightforward with me. Definitely recommend their business.
