Within just three months, the tint faded so badly that it could no longer block out the sun. I tried to get them to fix it, and it took a grueling two years of back-and-forth arguments before they finally agreed to redo the job. When I finally got my car back, they claimed they redid the driver-side window. It looks exactly the same as before. It is completely obvious that they did not change anything at all. They lied straight to my face and scammed me out of $550.

That it could've been worse if we didn't slow down when we noticed the car driving weirdly.. 1 tire had a huge bubble and popped unknowingly and then after a few days the car started driving weirdly again and smelling of rubber so we looked and seen 3 HUGE bubbles on the inside of the tire. He said the 2nd tire was so bad he never see anything like that and hes surprised how we made it to him for a new tire. We knew it was bad but the way it looked when he took it off looked like it could explode in someone's face any minute. We wasted 80$ for 2 tires from Rodriguez Rims & Tires just for the tires to be defective and deadly..Please go elsewhere they don't give good tires.. My car was towed to this mechanic because it wasn't starting. I specifically told him about a hole…read morein a coolant pipe that needed to be fixed, but that issue was completely ignored. Instead, he charged me for a timing cover--something I never asked for and that didn't address the actual problem. After keeping my car for weeks, he didn't do anything to get the engine running. When we finally got the car back, we realized it had been completely dismantled. As you can see in the photos, nothing is connected, spark plugs were left in a plastic bag, and he even left one of his SHOP RAGS INSIDE THE ENGINE. This is NOT how the car was brought to him. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to inspect it right away because his shop hours were during my work hours, and all of our communication was over the phone with my girlfriend. We paid over the phone by giving him my card number for manual entry, trusting that he was being honest. Looking back, there were red flags--weeks with no updates, delays before he even looked at the car, and Bruno's attitude on the phone. Because of all this, we decided to tow the car elsewhere for repairs, and that's when we saw the condition it was in. My car was returned in WORSE condition than when it arrived. We ended up getting the engine replaced with a different mechanic and had a MUCH better experience.

Edit 2: The owner has not only refused to provide the video but they've also threatened me by telling me they know where I live and that they'll sue me for my review (see attached image). I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism from a business owner. Also, I haven't purchased anything from this business so the only way they would have my information is if they went out of their way too look me up online which is frankly quite disturbing. Brought my Volvo in on Saturday to see if a remote start can be installed in my car. The guy said he had to check to see if my cars compatible so he pulled it into the back of the shop and brought it back like 5 minutes later said sorry he couldn't do it. No problem I said and left but as I'm driving I hear a weird thumping noise coming from the front of my car. i pull over and check and part of my bumper is loose. I pop the hood and all but 1 of the 6 fasteners are gone so front bumper was basically hanging on by a thread. Thankfully I noticed it before I got on the highway where I'm 99% certain my bumper would have fallen off and caused an accident. Also the rubber molding on the driver side was not properly pushed back in but that's not nearly as much of a concern. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all but if you do remember to take pictures of EVERYTHING before they touch your car.
