Was paying 3 dollars for entry l, the guy behind the counter joked "haha ok I can use this card to pay for the next 20 people?" Bro don't even joke like that when you have someones card. Charging too much for parts: Charged 8 dollars for used sway bar end links I had to spend 20 mins removing in a snowbank. Relatively sure I can buy the same things new for 6 dollars on rockauto. Also 44 dollars for a used stock radio of unknown condition. I'd go 25, 30 at the max for that. Before entry I asked if it was ok to work on car in parking lot away from customer vehicles, like I've always done the past 5 years, an employee said yes, but then at closing( when I was packing up) another employee got snippy with me about how I'm not supposed to be working on my car. "Next time I was going to tell you you can't work on your car" . That's fine, there most likely wont be a next time with how shitty you people are acting. I could leave empty beer bottles and cups like the last customers appeared to do instead of picking up the parking lot like I was doing. I wasn't doing a three-day engine swap, I was replacing some strut mounts and endlinks and planned to be out around 5 PM. Wont be back. I'd lease a new car before dealing with this again

Josh was absolutely great the…read moreentire time and really helped me get a deal on my car. very happy with his help. recently my car's electronic system wasn't correlating when i would put my car into park. it would ding stating i needed to put it into park when it was. I went in and got one part fixed and was told if it continues that they would just fix the whole shifter. i was also told my warranty was up in 6 days and i just so happened to be going on vacation. of course i get back from vacation and my car starts to do the same thing again. upon calling the main service area, i was told there was nothing they could do as my warranty was up. i eventually was able to talk to the service manager, nick. he was understanding about the situation and worked it out for it to be under my warranty and fixed the car for free. I wanted to swap out the Chrome Emblems for Black Emblems. I took the vehicle in on 6/23/2025 to have this done. I was called on 6/25/2025 to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup. (see picture 1). Upon arrival, I noticed that a chip of paint was taken out, accompanied by a scuff mark from whatever tool was used to take off the chrome lettering. I proceeded to point this out the Collision Center manager, Matt Woodrum, who agreed that this had to be from them and that they'd take care of it. On 6/27/2025, Matt W reached back out to tell me it was fixed. (See picture 2). I show up, and see that it looks like they just put a blob of whiteout over the mark and wiped the scuff mark off. I did not take the vehicle and told them it was unacceptable. Matt W then told me that they didn't think it was their fault because their paint guy, with 30 years of experience, said the chip was there. (They did not take any before/after pictures). I left and said I would not pick up until it was fixed properly. On 6/30/25 I was told it was fixed for the 2nd time (see picture 3). This was again, just a smoother glob of white paint that was very noticeable. I again did not take the vehicle because this was ridiculous. On top of the fact this is not the 3rd time attempting to pick up this vehicle and the Collision Center manager Matt quality checked and OK'd this 3 times to this point. Fast forward to me having to CC their location manager to actually get something done and they wound up having to repaint the entire back end of the vehicle to make it right. I would never in a million years take my car for any body repairs to Lake Chevy. If you want to buy a vehicle, that's one thing and I would HIGHLY recommend Matt Kreckler. But anything bodyshop wise, I would look elsewhere.

    Stopped in on a Friday evening inquiring about my car battery. I was greeted upon walking in and a…read moresales associate, Josh completed a complementary battery test on my vehicle. Turns out I have a bad battery and it can go anyday now, but was in the early stages. He was straight forward with the options available for a new battery and the recommendations based on my battery situation. He even printed them out for me. I didn't feel pressure to make a decision on the spot either. I didn't purchase a car battery here, but they do price match competitors.

She helped me find what I needed due to it being behind the counter. lol. The store was very well stocked and very clearly labeled. If I were looking for something else it would have been easily found. I'm not sure why they keep the freon behind the counter. But in different states and places maybe it's a hot item. Who knows. I know sometimes you have to have a license to be able to get certain items but that doesn't apply in this situation. It was a really nice experience, I would definitely recommend. Oh also this store has bilingual employees!
