Markings on the floor are very clear to ensure proper distancing, the cash registers have plexiglass for extra protection and the credit card readers are placed at a good distance from the counter so you can safely use them. The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important. I know two people personally that went to Mercedes and Range Rover after having to deal with this specific locations service department.
