When I told him "I'll pay for what you do", he took it as an opportunity to charge me for everything he could think of literally. I was even charged for the weights of the balance. My bill came out to $162 & for 1 used tire & 5 balance & mounting at a used tire place...should have went to a Goodyear for this price & they would have rebalanced my wheel without a question & had some warranty. Don't go there if you expected to save a few dollars, if you do...don't say I didn't give you a heads up on the shaft they hand out ; )

Not trusting the machine, lol. I asked for assistance, and a worker came and double-checked things for me. I appreciate that he entertained my doubts. I got to ask him some other questions, and he gave me clear answers. I felt confident in my purchase, thanks to him. After I paid for the wipers to my surprise and luck, He installed the wipers for me. That was good customer service. The shop is located near Washington St. You can find free street parking right in front of the shop. A small shopping center is right next door with more parking options.

So what was the mechanic going to do for the other 30 minutes? ALSO, i needed an interpreter to communicate with the mechanic. He could have done the "easy thing" and required that I order a whole new lining but instead he was able to fix the small piece that broke. He didn't have to spend the extra time and do his best to make sure I did not have to spend an arm and a leg unexpectedly and unnecessarily... I am really impressed with this shop and its owner. It rang up $1 more than it was labeled. So I showed the employee behind the register where the item and price was. He said, "oh I can't change the price, I'm not a manager". Ummm ok.
