I can confidently say I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again. I bought a new car in December and, as a responsible owner, I made sure to stay on top of maintenance by getting all my fluids flushed and everything checked out. I trusted them with my vehicle and got my oil changed there twice. Now, after almost TWO MONTHS without my car and spending thousands of dollars on repairs, I find out the oil in my car is dirty? That is completely unacceptable. What was supposed to be routine maintenance turned into a stressful and expensive nightmare. Did not like this location. Went to get an oil change for my fleet company pike. They wanted to do my brakes and I said okay but can you do it with me in the car as I was tired. Two people came to ask me to get out the car. I told both of them no. Then an elderly white gentleman Jed I think was his name was screaming at a young Latino male. He was screaming at him because I didn't get out. I then got out because of how terrible he was being treated. I have been to jiffy luve many times and never seen anything like that. Arriving at this location, Kevin immediately greeted us in our vehicle and directed us into the bay. The entire work area appeared very orderly and clean. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and presented a great first impression. We had never been to this location but have been going to other Jiffy Lube locations for several years. Kevin quickly retrieved our information from his system and verified our history to determine which specific service we wanted. Kevin also went over in detail what the service included which was very helpful. Jay introduced himself and relayed what was needed based upon the inspection and vehicle history. Jay was just as friendly and helpful as Kevin and adeptly conveyed everything in a helpful synopsis. How can you forget to add air to my tires when I asked you to do that when I arrived. They're in such a rush to get you out of there that they forget things like putting back the cover to your air filter correctly. Pay more attention to detail, greasy fingertips left on and around my vehicle and what they filled inside of the engine compartment spilled everywhere and left marks all over the place. read more

Let me start by saying I've been going to this location for years with great service and price (coupons) Last week I spent $180+ for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well except they did not check tire pressure (my fault for not double checking), and today I went back to have this fixed, and the manager (I think he said his name was Jake) told me to drive around and get in line (4 cars ahead) and to wait to check what they failed to do on the first place. 2/15/24 This Jiffy Lube failed to reinstall my skid plate properly after a routine oil check. 7 miles after leaving, my skid plate fell off and was damaged beyond repair and required replacement. 2/16/24 Jiffy Lube representative, Karl Thomas called to state this has happened before and the company bought the replacement skid plate and covered the installment and to send the invoice. 2/20/24 Able to finally pick up my car (longer duration due to holiday), I emailed the invoice per instruction to store1739@acejiffylube.com along with the timeline of events. 2/22/24 Zero correspondence. Do not come here for an oil change! When they finished, they sent the supervisor over to fear-monger me saying my brake fluid needs to be replenished. He even pointed to a van in the back that he claimed doesn't work anymore because they didn't do so. This probably works all the time but I had just completed my big 100,000 mile maintenance which included brake fluid. When I pointed this out he fumbled claiming it looked low and maybe they didn't do it. Unfortunate for him, I had my receipt with all the checks. On my recent oil change I had a concerning and potentially dangerous experience after having my oil changed and leaving trusting that everything was done correctly. Upon leaving Jiffy Lube, I went to visit a friends home and when I left I was advised my car had left oil stains on the driveway. I checked my vehicle and they were correct, there was oil leaking from the drain plug . So I went back to Jiffy Lube at 17311 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL. They had it checked and I was correct, it was leaking from the drain plug. The employee claimed the oil pan was at fault so I asked if that is correct then why did they not mention it was leaking before allowing me to drive away and also inquired as to how they were able to put the drain plug back with out noticing it was leaking. I gotta tell you I came into this Jiffy Lube at 17311 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029. I came in just for an oil change. They literally checked everything. From different filters, to my radiator, to even in making my headlights look incredibly clear!!! I am so impressed with Nikki's commitment to give me the most incredible service. She not only recommended but patiently explained everything because I was so apprehensive because of adding services I didn't need but everything she showed me made all the sense in the world. From the air filter, to the signature blend oil, the headlight cleaning... OMG!! These guys like Terrence, Myles and Devan. They actually showed me and made me proved to me that those repairs were revelant and needed for my car to keep running day in day out, it was all about my car. I've been to my share of lube oil change places BUT but not like this location or these people. They took complete ownership and took great pride in what they were doing... I'd never been there but I was treated like a VIP. My car battery died today! I was able to get to Autozone to buy a new battery. But they opened hood of my car and informed me they couldn't install the battery due to the location at the back of the engine compartment. They didn't have the correct tools. Not so Jiffy! This place is always moving in slow motion. Being a Wednesday morming, I was surprised at how mamy frowns I noticed in the waiting area. Everyone knows the drill, sit and wait for what seems like forever, then a staff member tries you up sell you. You deny extra services and finally your car is done. Today they didn't vacuum or check fluids but they did change the oil. Where is the competition? Someone needs to come up with a better concept. Be very aware where you take your car for an oil change, got extremely unlucky taking it to #jiffylube in Pembroke Pines. Due to hurry, as expressed by their mechanic, they install the wrong oil filter. After a short run the filter fell with all the oil, car was run without oil and it stalled. Once back to Jiffy, they accepted the mistake and install the new filter plus the oil. It ran to the house, just 2 miles away. Car wasn't used the next day. The they after car stalled in I595 again now with a rattling noise in the engine. It got towed and back to a Jiffy mechanic. They confirmed it needs an engine replacement but I needed to wait for a certification so they can open a claim to their insurance, all good up to that moment. That was last week. Today I got a call from Jiffy Lube corporate retracting from their responsibility just today, after 3 weeks moving in a positive direction. read more

If I were able to put zero stars I would... stopped by for a quick oil and filter and brought my own oil and filter. I had mis-read the coupon thinking it was going to cost $15 however it was supposed to be $15 off of the bill... that was total my fault, however one would think that they would give you as a courtesy the $15 refund, which I never received. Walked away 10 minutes later after oil/filter, with a shock of my life for a total bill over $57. Sent a letter to both Jiffy Lube as well as the owner or manager Customer Service Coor Kim Natrella. I was merely asking for a $15 refund, which I did not get. And a final response of going back-and-forth with them she told me that the average oil change only takes 15 minutes and to return to the store and they will perform a complementary quality check to ensure that all services are included and complete. Bottom line is I would never return to the scene of the rip off crime - I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this location. For fair balance I wanted to provide an update on this review: I was contacted by the area Director who is in the process of having the store reimburse me for the $15 that should've been taken off the initial oil change. I appreciate him looking into the situation contacting me via email yelp and by phone that is the professional behavior that should be exemplified to any customer in any scenario. Last month I took my car, a Range Rover Discovery, for my annual oil change. Last year the guy working there had no issue changing the oil. Granted, I had to take the filter as they don't have it for my car. After waiting 30 minutes the guy informs me that they changed the oil but that he couldn't change the filter because his tools were stripped. Really? He should have informed me before he "changed" the oil. I know that the position of the filter is in a tricky position and probably reason for him not to change the filter, but don't tell me his tools are stripped! So now I even doubt he changed the oil, he probably just topped off the fluids. Very disappointed with the service and would think it twice before returning. My entire family uses that jiffy lube, maybe we never will read more

Well, it's not bad, it's actually GREAT! -I was in and out in 30 minutes. -They did a good job vacuum clean the floors and wiped down my windows. -There was zero up sell to anyone there, both men and women. -Everyone there had the 19.99 coupon and there was even a nice guy offering the link to the online coupon, which you can show it on your phone to them. -And I checked, they really did change my oil and filter, and no oil leak afterwards. So why 2 stars? After I left the place, the engine sounded deeper and more "manly". I've never ever heard such a thing when I did my own oil changes. So I stopped and check the oil level. Perhaps it was too high or too low.... Nope, it was PERFECT! I thought I was totally crazy, and ignore it for a couple of days. But I keep hearing it when I accelerate. So I finally decided to google, and found out other people had similar problems.. with the air intake! Apparently it's fairly common that the techs would check your air filter and forget to lock it close. It was exactly what happened in my case! And on top of that, MY AIR FILTER IS MISSING! WTF?! Well, my air filter was way over due for replacement anyways, so I just went out and grabbed one for $10. But still, who the f*** does this crap?!
