He could have done the "easy thing" and required that I order a whole new lining but instead he was able to fix the small piece that broke. He didn't have to spend the extra time and do his best to make sure I did not have to spend an arm and a leg unexpectedly and unnecessarily... I am really impressed with this shop and its owner.
