The other gentleman in the store this morning greeted me as well, even though he was busy working on something, and was not the attendant helping me with my purchase. Since then i have had nothing but issues with it dying on me and needing to get a jump from someone. I spoke with a the warranty department and they said there would be no problem REPLACING it. I dont want a recharge again as i have had nothing but problems. There is many other auto parts stores in my area and this experience will make it much easier to go to the other stores. Manager was unprofessional and rude about the situation.

I took the car to a mechanic and because the throttle body appeared to be new, they did not realize IT was the problem and replaced accelerator pedal which could not clear the error codes. Finally realizing it was the new throttle body that was causing the problem they replaced it. So after all the trouble shooting time and new parts I spent $1000. Now I call the store and ask if I can return it for refund and they said OK. So I get to the store and they said NO, it has to be in THE BOX, which I threw away days ago. After dumpster diving at my club and at Chuck's garage I finally found A BOX and returned to the store with the new JUNK throttle body that never worked. So I spent $1000 on a project that should have cost only $161.64. I WILL NOT EVER BUY A DAMN THING FROM O'REILLY AUTO PARTS EVER AGAIN AND I'LL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! The yard size is quite decent with a variety of cars, trucks, and SUV's. I'd say there are probably 100-200 vehicles in there. The only problem is these so called "mechanics" that work in the place tell you they have the part you're looking, but when you get there they don't and you don't find that out until after you've paid an entrance fee into the yard. And it sucks even more if you had to drive several hours from another state just to get there to get ripped off =/ But it's a junk yard so I guess even the inventory system is a piece of junk Moral of the yelp: don't go to junk yards that are two, three states over just to waste your time and money. but for instate residents it's definitely worth a shot for the small fee
