Second crew that came was different and did an awful job replacing the windshield. Trim was marred, seals weren't fitted properly and the worst part, they put a nice gash on my A-pillar, did a sloppy job repairing it with touch-up paint and then lied that it was "already like that" when confronted about it. Further, when investigating a running-water noise in the windshield, found a chip in the edge of the windshield under the wiper cowl which was not disclosed to me. I respectfully gave them space to work, but I should have been hawking over them to avoid these headaches. I would recommend you go with ANY other windshield shop, even the big corporate shop probably wouldn't have done this poor of a job.

Pick a date and time online. Get an email confirmation. The employees were incredibly welcoming to me upon my arrival. Was walked through all the options. They immediately pulled my vehicle into the shop to complete the work. There was a small waiting area with a television, coffee, and some chilled beverages. The work was completed in short order and the results were great. I was given some instructions to follow while the tint cured. I didn't see any imperfections in the window tint nor did I observe any damage to my vehicle. I should note that while I was at the shop, they emailed both my window film warranty ID and certificate for my records, which was much appreciated. This is the second vehicle they have done some work on, and I would not hesitate to return and neither should you! Easy 5 star review.
