Customer service is average, but they really fell short on time and cost. They took 7 business days to replace 4 truck tires and a side mirror. Cost was definitely on the higher end, maybe because they charged extra for all the time they took. But overall place was good enough to get the job done, if you got the money and time. read more

Car came in for some body work and the professionals at Breezy did great work with amazing efficiency. The dents were gone like they never happened and the paint was matched perfectly. I asked them to look into a issue I had with my headlights and they did. Sadly they couldn't fix it to factory standard but they did their best with a really bad situation nothing having to do with them (Bought it like that) and I can drive at night once again. Overall great place to get a repair done. They also helped with my rental and the billing was a breeze... hehe. All in all great work! read more

After being told that I would have to wait approximately 1 hour, I waited 3 hours before I had to call them for them to tell me that they were sorry and they had to cancel. I recently returned to Connecticut from out-of-state and I was looking for a good and reputable full service garage to repair my SUV and to provide ongoing service and maintenance. There were a number of significant repair and servicing issues affecting the performance of my vehicle and I was very concerned about the nature of the work. The issues were confounded by the fact that several service needs had been long delayed due to my hectic travel and work schedule. I happened to cross paths with the owner and discussed what needed to be done and I subsequently made an appointment to with staff. I spent a considerable amount of time discussing my concerns and what I thought needed to be done and I found the staff to be very attentive and easy to work with. I received a of of good feedback on my initial questions and thoughts after which the staff came up with what turned out to be a very effective and responsive plan of action. The ultimate cost of the work was more than I originally anticipated, but that was because as the mechanic began to drill down into various components, other issues became apparent and it was obvious that this work needed to be added to the original list of repairs. In addition, once a complete list of repairs was made known to me, the staff and I were able to determine what needed to be done right away and what could be set aside for the medium term. I appreciated this consideration in that the final decision was a team effort and I appreciated the garage's flexibility. When I received my vehicle back, all of the work was done exactly as we had discussed. But, and this rarely happens, the staff also took the time to clean and polish my front headlight glass covers which significantly improved the aesthetic appearance of the car. In addition , the garage afforded me some discount off of the entire cost of the repairs, in part because of the sheer size and extent of the work that was done, and done well. I was very impressed with the staff's service manner, with the fact that my calls were returned in a timely fashion and perhaps equally important, I did not have to chase anyone down to exchange information or to get a status report on the progress of the repair. Like I said, this was a major project that Breezy point took on and at the end of the process, both of us won because I got my SUV back on the road in very good shape and Breezy Point has another satisfied customer. In situations like this, the ultimate question reduces down to: if you had to do it over again, would you make the same decision? I can answer that question in the affirmative. Based on my recent experience, I can and I have recommended Breezy Point to several of my law practice clients. As an aside, I would caution that the more patience and courtesy that you bring to Breezy point, then the more that you will emerge at the end with favorable results and a good feeling about your decision. I feel good about my decision to let Breezy point solve and repair my SUV's s extensive service and repair requirements. read more

I took my car in for an emissions test and was met by a friendly husband and wife owner. The place is spotless, more like a Dr's office than a garage. It is a family owned garage and you can tell they take pride in their business. The emissions test took about 15 minutes. You can wait inside or on a nice sunny day, there is a bench outside, nicely decorated with flower pots. read more
