I was able to get ahold of someone at the corporate sales level and all they said was " you'll have to wait, they're probably just late." I am extremely irritated at this level of service. Took van to ARS for radiator leak/replacement after Chevy dealer, two hours away did an emergency fan/clutch repair. They quoted me almost $1500 to replace the radiator while I was there, I declined. When I took it to ARS to get the work done my costs were almost $500 less than GM Chevrolet. Also saw that Chevy had damaged a lot of my fins on radiator when they replace Fan/Clutch. (I will deal with them!) The owner and staff are always friendly and ready to assist. They even had a loaner car for me. (As long as I had full coverage on my van)! Just topped off the gas tank! Bottom line-No one is perfect including GM Mechanics, but being honest, considerate, and giving a better labor rate than any other dealer or reputable shop is a winner for me! They answered at 8:00 AM, had me in by 8:10, and I was back on the road by 9:30. The moment I described the issue, they guessed what it was and said, "If we're right, you'll be back on the road this morning. If not, we'll go from there." Sure as shit -- they were right. They were fast, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely good people. Pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and confidently they handled everything. If you're traveling and experiencing engine problems, you can 100% trust this shop. I got lucky they had an opening -- good shops like this stay booked -- but if you're in the area, this would be my first call every time. Highly recommend.

They did lend me a socket set. I asked for a wrench to get the battery case brackets off. The manager told me they are not a tool rental store. I had to reconnect my old battery and wait for a customer to give me a jump. I left with the new battery and went to Autozone. Not only were they willing to lend me tools but change it for me knowing I had a long trip ahead.

This will be a very long review in order to include all info…read more.. This place used to be awesome... But over the last couple years the quality and integrity have drastically declined. Brought my jeep in because I thought the shocks were bad and had a check engine light, I was told the issue was a module for the air suspension. I was quoted about 2k to fix. It wasn't super important to me but I planned on keeping the vehicle so I just did it. Immediately after picking up the vehicle the engine light went on again and it was the same code. They looked at it again and said now I need some other 2k part. I told them I would have NEVER spend 4k to fix this and basically got screwed out of 2k. Fast forward, because I did have some history with this place I assumed what happened may have been a fluke but I was extremely wrong. Brought the same vehicle in because I had a code for misfire in cylinder 5 and the engine had a tick sound. They inspected and told me it just needed plugs and coils. I have a voicemail from them specifically stating a tune up will definitely fix my issue and it was almost 1,100! I said go ahead and do the work. Before I even picked up my vehicle they called and said I still have a tick and they can inspect more of course with added fees. At this point I was very mad that they misdiagnosed AGAIN and still intended to charge me full price. I called a friend who is a mechanic in Michigan and called my local Jeep dealer and with only telling them I had a misfire they BOTH immediately told me it's because of the cam and rollers which is like a 7k job! I then did a very quick google search to verify this and it seems to be a very very common issue with this make and model. I was then told by the shop manager that John (the owner) told him if we were going to "act some kinda way" over this that he would remover the labor and only charge us for the parts and to never come back (still over $500 for nothing). We had no choice but to pay since the vehicle was held hostage until we paid. Needles to say I was NEVER planning to go back there and it's really disappointing how fast this shop went down hill and no longer stands behind their work.
