They had a small problem with what I had order and even though I didn't hear from them right away and it took me to call them they were able to fix the issue and took care of me really professionally. Since moving to Ottawa, I have found Pomp Tire to be amazing with respect to help with tire issues I have had. As well as certain other mechanics for my car. I have found they are reasonable in pricing. Everyone I have dealt with at Pomp Tire, Ottawa has been extremely friendly and courteous anytime I have ever have problem or questions about my car. Not to play "I'm a woman" card, the staff has NEVER treated me as most places do because I am a woman. These guys are honest, fair pricing and will help as much as they possibly can. I can take care of most things on the car, oil changes and other stuff. But I can't rotate my tires efficiently without a rack, so I made an appointment here. They do it for 6 bucks a tire. Not too bad a price, so I made an appointment. The guys that run the front were perfect gentlemen and took care of new and other customers with respect and professionalism. I am so impressed and happy with my experience. I had what I thought was a slow leak in one of my tires I took it in and was welcomed with very friendly and fast service. I then found out my tire was junk it was on the verge of a blowout and Josh called and explained and offered to put a spare on it or a new tire. He was extremely nice and helpful with accommodating me and putting a new tire on. They've definitely earned my business for my two cars in the future and I will recommend them to anyone needing a reliable mechanic. Went for tires and an alignment. Nothing else wrong with vehicle.(600.00) plus dollars. Came out with a broken ball joint. Wasn't there when I took it to them. Soon as pulled out vehicle was swerving. Took it back in, Keith the manager said oh sorry sir you need new ball joint. 100 plus dollars. (Now there is banging noise), 3rd time in, sorry sir, tie rod end is broken we will replace no charge. Drove car out of Pomps, still front end popping noise. 4th time, you need sway bar bushings. Sorry sir. another 250 plus dollars. Drove it out, bad banging noise in front end STILL. 5th time in sorry sir you need struts. NO WAY POMPS. I then went and purchased struts for $450.00 plus dollars, $150.00 to put them on. Local mechanic said struts weren't bad at all. Called Pomps. Bring it on in sir...Well, you need 3 engine mounts. cost estimate $1000.00. Sorry sir. Local mechanic, engine mounts are fine. Your back shock was loose banging on the underside of car. NO CHARGE. Wait to Pomps sees what I have to show them in small claims court! They are scammers and thieves. I would not take my bicycle tire to them. PLEASE go elsewhere ANYWHERE but here.
