Due to the lack of follow-up, I had to extend a rental car while waiting for guidance. Being told afterward that the tow would be "covered" did not address the failed repair, the safety risk, or the lack of communication. We cut them a check but they didn't cash it for weeks, long after we figured they had cashed it. It came back NSF, but rather than contact us they sent us straight to collections, causing credit issues. Really not very professional.
