There are three auto parts stores within walking distance and this is the worst of the three. On my first visit, we waited for a really long time without being waited on and then we found out they didn't have our part. We found it next door. The second time, the person behind the counter was super rude. This last trip I waited for 10 minutes without being addressed. The employees were in the back having a personal conversation the entire time. 10 freaking minutes. Someone could literally walk out with anything and the employees would never notice. Anyway, I left (without interaction and without my part) after waiting 10 minutes. I found my part next door and they actually had great customer service and hooked me up with an unbeatable deal. Do not go here. I won't make the mistake again.

We were told that they should be ready by that afternoon and that I could come back and pick him up. since there was a parade happening, I told them I would pick them up Sunday morning. Sunday morning, I went to pick up 5 batteries and was told that they were still down one battery. I went back Monday morning to ask if that battery had been delivered yet and I was told it was not. a lady that works at the store told told told the sales person that the hub was shut down and that the battery wouldn't be in. . I asked the sales associate when I could expect to pick up the battery that I had paid for 2 days prior and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I have a parade that I'm in on Saturday coming up and now I have no ETA for when I will get the last battery that I was promised, I would get the day that I purchased it. This store is not the most attentive to customers. They do not call you when there is an issue. They do not call you when your goods are ready to be picked up. This review could have been avoided had the sales associate mentioned they would follow up to see where and when the battery would be available and a call for an update. I'm highly disappointed with the service that began very positive.

I did not have my receipt and would have accepted a store credit. Manager refused to return saying it was at their discretion. The sales person who sold me the item verified I had made the purchase. Manager aggressively told me I'm done with you and waved at me to leave. I phoned in a complaint and was told I would get a call back from a district manager, never did. It will be a cold day in hell before I purchase anything from any advanced store.

After some internet research I found only two major manufacturers produced one specific to my vehicle, Leer and ARE. Armed with a little information I visited Arrow Toppers and met with Jason there to see if I could put my eyes on actual products and discuss my options, He was friendly and very willing to show me his inventory and explain features along with discussing "pro's & con's" of the choices. He gave me some quotes and I left wanting some time to consider my options. Soon after I decided on the ARE CX Classic for my Gladiator in the OTR finish designed to blend with the Freedom Tops painted black on the Jeep. I ordered the topper from Jason with a quoted lead time of one to two months coming from Ohio. Sure enough at about 6 1/2 weeks it was in at Arrow and Jason called to schedule an "Install" appointment. I asked "how about today, how busy are you?"... Fortunately this Friday morning he had an opening and about an hour later I was backing in his shop. In about 30 minutes he was explaining a few operational guidelines including the tilt-in front window and I was soon on my way topped! I had personally checked with a few other local topper vendors and decided both ARE and Arrow were my choice - glad I did! I am very pleased with the service from Jason & staff @ Arrow Toppers and ARE. If considering a truck topper or many other accessories that they offer - I would both return to ARROW and I highly recommend them. Tonneau Covers, Side Steps, Lighting, hitch accessories and Bedrug's just to name a few things I had seen on display that they offer in the clean & neat shop area.

However, I recently bought a 2002 Jeep and for whatever reason, the thing did not have roof rack cross bars. So I logged onto LKQ's website, searched for my model, and boooyaa; it popped right up. 3 of them, pictures and all. I could see right from the pic that they had what I needed, and no call was necessary. 30 minutes and a $3 admission fee later, I was in the most well-organized auto junk yard I'd ever seen in my life. I used to hit Bearly Used and Copher's back in the day, and it was always a struggle to find what I needed. Not here though, I went right to the Chrysler section, and easily found what I needed. Pulled off the cross bars, paid $14 and I was gone with the wind! The staff was jovial, and it's only 30 minutes away, so I feel I will become very intimate with LKQ.

Usually they have 2 registers going when i swing by, anywhere from 9-11 and the wait varies. One time i waited 12 minutes just to ring up some oil and go, another time I was in and out 5 minutes. The store workers are also the cashiers and if some guy has them running to get filters and mufflers and look up the price of a starter for a 1986 Gmc Safari; you could be there a while. 80% of the time i am in and out no sweat, depends on what time you go i suppose. The workers don't seem to be in any hurry, but they are friendly and helpful. I get good advice about what "level" of filter to buy and how i can save money buying napa brand that's on sale. If you need some parts or some advice, do yourself a favor and stop in.
