I came over to AutoZone to get new windshield wipers and told the guy what car I had he went and got the windshield wipers similar to the ones that I had because it was quite a range in price from low to high but this was kind of a mid range, and he installed them for me was very pleasant and I was glad to give him a tip. I used to be in their corner the past six years. Now the staff changed and there's one "man bun" blond guy that mocked customers when I went in for a few items. Other staff seemed to avoid you if they saw you walking anywhere near them. My wife was looking for a auto part and showed the "man bun" guy the old receipt. His immediate statement to her was , "What's the matter , can't read?" He was not smiling. He then would not let her finish any statement and eventually walked away without waiting on her. Neither of us will be back. No wonder their turnover is so awful. read more

Terrible... employee stayed on cell phone from start to finish. Ended up selling me the wrong oil filter due to his lack of attention to the customer. Never will i come back. My truck was taken entirely apart an have to be put back together to go get a correct one. This is a good autozone, the staff is very helpful but I've seen them run some people the wrong way. I like to come here if I don't feel like going to the Oregon city locstion(because they don't seem to know much. They have a good selection and I can almost always find what I need here plus some. read more

Can you believe both headlights went out at the same time? Rob answered the phone and told me he could help. When I got there he easily found my part for me. Not the most cheerful person but I don't care. I just care about competence and the end result. He was professional, helpful, and quick. He went the extra step and changed them out for me. I could've done it myself but it would've taken me 5 times as long. Will definitely be back for my auto parts needs. read more

I go here from time to time, and went here recently to get a new tail light that someone broke. Grrr!! They had them for a reasonable price surprisingly. The lady who helped us was "over the top" happy....too happy in fact. That's great..but she really was over the top. She was extremely customer service oriented. She was odd but she got us what we needed and I was on my way. I tend to go there for wipers, car wash stuff, etc...I'll continue to go there. It is convenient. read more

A convenient spot to pick up your bulb replacement needs but I have to say the prices are double what you will pay online .. OR (assuming it is the smaller replacement parts) Walmart comes in 1/2 the cost as well locally. read more

It's never any fun when you have to buy a new battery. But these guys were fantastic this past Sunday morning. Not only helped me find the battery I needed. The counter had three bored redshirts standing around when i asked for and then waited for help even though i came in first, then after asking for loaner tools they didnt have the one i needed or in stock to buy the guy says he'll check his car for parts so i wait for 30 minutes cuz my car had to cool off anyhow to take the cover off my engine which took 10nmore minutes and find i had something im not used to seeing, so i go in and ask if i can pull it out to get to the plugs, the three redshirts begin arguing what kind of plugs and or coils i might have an argument that petered out and went silent with me just standing there then i get awkward looks while NO ONE LOOKED UP MY CAR OR ASKED WHAT KIND IT WAS OR ANYTHING. SO i told them theyve been no help and spent 10 mins putting the cover on my car and left without even knowing what kind of spark plugs i have because they never bothered to give a shit. Never going back telling all my friends autozone sucks and not to bother. Ive never encountered such apathy at a customer service place and ive been to the dmv..... read more

I was pretty sleepy this morning when I stumbled in to the 'Zone for wipers, and the lady working was helping another man get wipers right where I needed to go. Impatient and hungry, I tried to sneak behind her and grab the book to look up which sizes I need, and she politely told me to wait, and she could help me pick out a set. Embarrassed, I waited for 15 seconds for helpless cheap dude get his bargain basement wipers and get out of my way. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me, because I really wanted to get a set of wipers and go, but she was very calm, and probably eventually brought me to the zen state that helped me put on the plastic clip adapter dealy and install the new set in the cold November ray-ay-in. The wipers fit perfect, and I can now see the jaywalkers as they push their strollers into busy traffic in front of me. read more

Went in for a diagnostic when my check engine light came on, and Heather L helped us check out the car, and identify a few potential problems. She was very knowledgable, friendly, and patient while answering our questions and even went as far as to help us replace our air filter, clean an oxygen sensor, and give us tips on how to add cleaner to the fuel tank. Best part is that the check engine light is now off with her help, saving us a bunch of money vs going to a mechanic. Thank you Heather! read more

Great job in regards to providing some answers to a problem but not the best customer service. My battery was not starting and so I took it there to have the battery tested (as it's not that old) and they were able to test it for me and offered to charge it (which meant I had to leave it there for an hour). All of this was fine and dandy but then they also told me that if the battery worked after I brought it back home and put it in my car that I should come back in to have the alternator tested. So I did just that - only thing is when I got there some lady at the front said that she couldn't help me because it was her time to leave despite there being a huge line and only one other staff person available. I get it - customer service is not always the most fun job, I'm in customer service as well, but I would never leave in the middle of helping a customer just because the clock turned over to "my time to leave." read more
