I was motified as I just had those quarts next to my clothing....I was wearing white as I was on my way to a Father's Day celebration. Upon looking down, I saw that oil all over my blouse and white tank top and capris. I was so upset and yet, your counter people did and said nothing. It wasn't until I said a few not so nice words that the clerk gave me a half-assed "yeah sorry about that"! I was so angry about that throw away apology. There was no attempt to offer me something to clean it off with nor any assistance with it whatsoever. I asked for a manager's card and as it turns out, the one person who said nothing about my incident, although fully aware and said nothing, was the manager. If I was only mad before, I was fully on boiling angry that she said and did nothing. As I walked out, she dared to yell out "have a nice day". REALLY???? I don't care what I had on. As a customer, I had the expectation to buy products that were ready to be handles and not leaking. I called their customer service line and filed a complaint. I would give a zero rating if I could because customer service should always be a priority. This was clearly not the case at this location. Will NEVER purchase from any of their stores again.

Michael referred us to Zach across the street because we decided to go with a used car, and Zach was amazing too. After the paperwork was signed, my mom noticed the headlight was cracked. They offered to schedule an appointment for another day so I agreed and made an appointment today at 1pm. This place was closed/shut down for several months but has since re-opened. When I came with my appointment today no customers were in the lobby and the phone never rang. They changed my oil with a 45 minute wait. They also put air in my tires and reset the "change oil light" that was on. The guy was nice and friendly. The waiting lobby had no TV (it was off and not sure if it worked?). They also had no water, coffee, or snacks while you wait. They charged $110 for a synthetic oil change and that seemed like a lot for what they did. I might come back, if I do I'll call ahead and make an appointment as they do not appear to want or accept walk in business. But who knows, maybe the place closes its doors again next time I need an oil change?

It appears that these vehicles are being stored here until the business closes. My issue is that this situation is constant and disruptive. It obstructs the beautiful landscape view that we only have in this area. One of the vehicles has the name "Bruno Auto Repair" on it, but when I checked the area, it wasn't clear that this area is their property. This is unprofessional and makes my neighborhood look messy. I kindly request that you move your vehicles away and back onto your property. I can't even walk my dogs here because the vehicles block off the area. This area is not designed for parking vehicles.

I'd been eyeballing a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) for a while and with all the research, it was down to…read morethe Lexus NX450h+ or the Volvo XC60. Volvo won. I saw a CPO 2024 XC60 Recharge Ultimate and went to check it out. Showing up at the dealer (between rain squalls that day), I located it & had a look. I appreciated not being accosted by someone as soon as I stepped out of my car. Going inside, I was greeted and directed to James Adams. Introductions done, we did some preliminary paperwork and went for a test drive. The good: James was fantastic. He picked the perfect test drive "course" to put the vehicle through its paces. He answered my questions and pointed out features worth noting. He's very knowledgeable and great to work with. After a few rounds with the "pencil," we agreed on a price and a couple dealer "get ready" items before handing me off to Alyssa in finance. She was kind, thorough, to the point, and respectful of my time. Given it was closing time & I had to get things together to trade in my (now former) vehicle, we agreed on next day delivery. The gentleman (whose name eludes me) who helped me do the initial setup was very nice and very helpful. James, Alyssa, and he are all "tens" and "5-star" folks. The not-so-great: If this was a brand new vehicle, I know from past experience buying brand new, that every care would have been taken to make sure the vehicle was spotless inside and out, that everything was in working order, and nothing was missing that was supposed to come with the vehicle. This did not happen with my CPO purchase. Given the weather, the interior of the vehicle was NOT clean to what one considers "delivery standard". The door interiors were dirty and scuffed, and the floor mats (Side note: WeatherTech does not hold up at all - avoid!) were dirty, stained, and the sides bent down. I pointed these things out, asked that these items be addressed with proper cleaning prior to delivery and was met with total apathy and an almost unwillingness to address the issue. My request was IGNORED - none of those things were done, and I had to expend my own time & resources in the end. Very off-putting. I was not able to complete my vehicle & app setup owing to one of the two fobs being inoperable. A CPO Volvo is supposed to come with two complete & functioning key fobs. The black fob worked, allowing me to take the vehicle home, but the emergency "L shank" was missing. The orange fob had the "L shank" but was dead in the water. If this was a brand new vehicle, all of this would have been tested and checked for completeness and functionality. In my case the ball was dropped, & 2 more items were added to my dealer "get ready." When dropping $60k+ on a car, It is ***NOT*** an unreasonable ask, and it doesn't leave a good first impression on someone buying their first Volvo when things aren't quality checked and you're given a dirty car. It conveys CPO vehicles don't deserve the same priority treatment or care by the dealer as a brand new vehicle would, and by extension the customer. Lastly, and I take partial responsibility for this, one of the rims was badly curbed, which given the bad weather, I missed on my initial inspection. I didn't expect the dealer to repair it at their cost, but they offered nothing when I spoke up. I drop $60k+ on a car; they can't be bothered to help as a goodwill gesture on a $300+ repair job? OUCH. Redemption: My experience with Jordan in service was awesome. She kept me informed and made sure all items were to my satisfaction. She's new, but she's a keeper and turned a 3 star review to a 4. Still waiting for the missing L shank but was assured it was on the way. But my initial app setup is done! Yay! Constructive feedback: treat CPO cars and customers like you would a new car and customer buying a new car. If something isn't right, even if discovered less than 24 hours after delivery, don't balk at making it right. Take care of your customers, leave a good 1st impression and they'll be repeat customers.
