My mom and I were laughing the entire time. This wasn't like normal car shopping; it was actually fun and entertaining. Michael referred us to Zach across the street because we decided to go with a used car, and Zach was amazing too. After the paperwork was signed, my mom noticed the headlight was cracked. We arrived for our scheduled appointment (11:30am) on-time, with only one other person in the service lobby with 3 advisors at their computers and one other person off to the right on another computer. She said she was not an advisor. About 20 minutes of waiting, the non advisor (approx 11:52am) got us checked in, due to advisors being on the phone or just unavailable. Once checked in, we were told it would be 1.5 hours or less for the service. We also asked they look at replacing the wiper blades because they weren't working and noisy. Over 2 hours after quoting 1.5 hours, now nearly 2pm) they said the car is done and we owed $73 for the front wiper blades. I asked about the warranty and the advisor said the 12 month wiper warranty expired 2 weeks prior. I also asked why we weren't advised of the cost of these wiper blades and all the advisor could say was "I wasn't the one who checked you in". I asked for the new wiper blades to be removed as paying $73 is bonkers, they removed them and we left. Due to how slow they were, never greeting us, and lack of providing an estimate for services, we're not interested in using this dealership for service in the future. -we got awesome wiper blades off amazon for $26 delivered the next morning. Honestly, I would not have left this review if they would have just made us feel welcome and informed.

They offered to schedule an appointment for another day so I agreed and made an appointment today at 1pm. This place was closed/shut down for several months but has since re-opened. When I came with my appointment today no customers were in the lobby and the phone never rang. They changed my oil with a 45 minute wait. They also put air in my tires and reset the "change oil light" that was on. The guy was nice and friendly. The waiting lobby had no TV (it was off and not sure if it worked?). They also had no water, coffee, or snacks while you wait. They charged $110 for a synthetic oil change and that seemed like a lot for what they did. I might come back, if I do I'll call ahead and make an appointment as they do not appear to want or accept walk in business. But who knows, maybe the place closes its doors again next time I need an oil change?

Mixed opinion here - I stopped in to get some windshield wipers for my daughter's car. Not close to…read moremy house, but I was in the area and always want to support local business. They have the little computer thing you look up your make and model, and it spits out the wiper that you need. Her car is one of those that has two different sizes, the two wiper blades are not the same. I grabbed them off the shelf and the guy at the counter confirmed they were the correct ones for me. Got them home, and both wipers were the wrong size. Not just one, they were both wrong and really not even close. So I drive the 20 minutes back to the store and talked to another person, who now tripled checked in their computer that these were the recommended sizes. He then did some more looking, and figured out that the NAPA computer for some reason recommended two different sizes, one of which was obviously wrong. He then got me the right ones, but I had to pay an extra couple of bucks for the right ones. Pretty irritating, since it was their error that caused me to have to drive an extra 40 minutes. I'm conflicted because the guys working were definitely trying to help and ultimately I did get what I needed. But there is no reason that it should have been such a hassle, should have been right the first time. Seemed like a corporate flaw with the computer inventory or whatever, but at the end of the day the hassle flows to the consumer at the local level.
