I have picked up countless online orders for my boyfriends company and 90% of the time they do not give me the correct items, or have items missing. I live on Vashon island so it is very inconvenient to have to take a ferry once again to go back to the store to get the correct items. Yep cops called this morning just before 8:38, to remove an older gentleman living under the awning on the side. Gentleman not hurting anyone. Would talk to himself, read the newspaper and smoke pot. Went in for a few things this morning. The employees had political talk radio playing throughout the whole store. I don't care about politics and don't want to think/hear about it when I am getting auto parts/supplies. The store was very small and didn't have 2 of the 3 things I needed so I had to go somewhere else. Also the parking lot at this place is horrible. I ordered a part from this company because they said that it would only take 2-3 days to come in, which was sooner than other companies had told me, and we need the vehicle running for business purposes... It's been a week now and they still don't have an exact date for it to arrive. "Maybe early next week, we'll let you know" is the answer I received. Our business is losing money and customers each day. That said, we will no longer buy from this company. Very disappointed in the customer sevice. LOUSY customer service. Today, under the recommendation of my mechanic, I went to this location around 11:20 am to exchange a headlight restoration kit to spiff up my cloudy headlights. My mechanic spoke to Nate and specifically told him what I needed. Nate at O'reillys who said he had the product in stock and that i would be there in 5 minutes. I arrived 4 minutes later. Nate was not there. A red-headed female employee greeted me at the counter where I asked for Nate. She said she sent him on a run. Incredulous, I asked why he hadn't waited and if she had the product ready for me. She did not. She did, however, have an attitude. I told her to call my mechanic and get the product information again so I wouldn't have to make another trip. 10 minutes later, I checked out with what appeared to be the right product. Never going back here! Never giving the a single dime! Felt so unappreciated! read more

The service at this O'Reilly was outstanding. I came in to purchase a bulb for a burnt out taillight. The customer service assistants went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct bulb. And they went the extra mile to remove my stubborn taillight and replace the bulb and I didn't even ask for the help. I really appreciate it. read more

Help diagnose Cam shaft sensor was bad. I appreciate the help and information on how to replace it.

Needed a few things for cleaning the interior. I am NOT a car guy. They were very helpful on showing me the products they carry for window interior cleaning and cleaning the dash and such. I asked about wiper replacement and headlight upgrade. They found the items, gave me options, and then.....They went out and installed them for free (no labor costs). The headlamps are a much improvement and it is nice to have the rear wiper working again. Very helpful, courteous and clean store. Would recommend this location to anyone. read more

O'Reilly Auto Parts rewards program is a joke. I have been a rewards member for several years. Went to use a $10 "rewards" coupon and was told that it could not be used for sale items and total amount had to be over $25. None of this information was on the coupon. Taking my name off their rewards program and taking my business to another auto parts store. I don't like being jacked around. read more

My daughter had her driver's test this morning and we found the hatch break lights were out - can't test with defective equipment, so we headed to O'Reilly's. Miscommunication got me the regular break light but the employee who was going to put it in for me caught the mistake, got the bulbs exchanged for the right ones, and got the new ones installed.
