Curbside pickup available 919 828 0675. We did not plan ahead, in the neighborhood and just zipped in for desperately needed new windshield wipers. It's been raining for 40 days and nights and mine are worn out. The guy working was super helpful and upbeat. He went out in the cold and rain to take the wipers off, discussed our price options and installed them in a few minutes. Then he checked to make certain we were satisfied with their performance. On 11/08/2023, I purchased a headlight bulb. When I got home, I looked at my receipt. I noticed the salesperson charged me 1.99 for bulb grease. I never purchased nor received any bulb grease. Outright theft! Check your receipt before leaving. They will charge you for items you never purchased or received. read more

The wake forrest location goes above and beyond! i got new wipers today at a different location and the girl who helped me didn't put them on right, so then one flew off while i was driving on the highway! i pulled up to the wake forrest location and explained my situation, the guy who helped me gave me a new one for free cus he said it looked like a defect in the product, and i couldn't be more grateful! mr.fields was his name and he helped me out more than he knows! read more

I went to this location to get a diagnostic check on my vehicle. Customarily an auto zone employee will come out to the vehicle and perform the check. That was not my experience at this location. The employee handed me the diagnostic machine told me how to use it then expected me to perform it on my own. There was no male employee at the time of my visit which wouldn't have been a problem if the female employees were helpful. read more

Not the place to go if you need to make a simple purchase. There is no designated cashier to check people out. It is first come first served and during my visit, it made no difference that I just needed to pay for my items. So if there's 3 people ahead of you in need of a battery check and you're standing in line with a jug of car wash. You won't be getting out of there any time soon. I finally put my stuff down and went to Advance and was in and out in 5 minutes. read more

My car had the check engine light on and I never know how to handle cat related issues. Thankfully the workers were very helpful! Jeffrey put a tool under the steering wheel of my car and found out the issue was with my oxygen sensor. I REALLY appreciated that he explained everything about the oxygen sensor in layman's terms and he didn't try to force me to buy a new one. He was really amazing and I DEFINITELY recommend coming to this AutoZone and asking for him. He definitely knows his car stuff. read more

I went into this autozone yesterday to get my battery in my car replaced. After taking a look under the hood the gentlemen that was helping me told me he could sell me a battery but he couldnt put it in due to the paneling. I let him know that the panels have clips that can be removed pretty easily but he say no way, its impossible he cant do it. He was pretty rude and treated me like some dumb bimbo who didnt know what a car battery was. So i drove 2 minutes down the road to advanced auto and they put my battery in under 10 minutes, were very helpful, polite, and kind. So either the man i spoke with at this store didnt wanna get his hands dirty and change my battery, or really didnt know how to change a battery and if thats the case he's in the wrong industry. For any auto needs make sure to go to Advanced Auto!! They were far rude and were very helpful! read more

I am updating my review, as after my husband got back into town (away due to his job), I asked him to install the lights I purchased at Autozone. Apparently, even though I provided the correct year & model of my vehicle, they sold me the wrong headlights for my car, and we were forced to visit another location of Autozone to procure the correct bulbs. NO THANKS, Autozone. I will stick to other automotive parts dealers after this negative experience. read more

I'd recommend this autozone to anyone. They're quick and efficient and super friendly.

I had to tow my car to the garage and both the mechanic and tow company tested the battery and said it was bad. The battery was bought less than a year ago and was under warranty. AutoZone made me pick up the battery from the mechanic, take it to AutoZone and wait one hour to test the battery because they wouldn't accept that 2 other mechanics said it was a defective battery. Meanwhile, the manager at this AutoZone is challenging me. He asked if I left the battery out of the car and why I didn't bring the car to their store even though I explained to him that the car was towed. They aren't accommodating with customers and very rude. read more

This is the best auto zone I have ever been to. My ac has not been working for a couple of weeks. I walked in not knowing a thing about how to fix it besides knowing I need refrigerant. I met with RJ, a customer sales rep, and he walked me through the whole process and even walked outside with me to put my Freon in right then and there. Truly some of the best customer service I've ever received! Will come again!! read more

I went to this Autozone on a Saturday morning to have my battery tested after it needed to be jumped. Steven tested it, confirmed it was bad and replaced it for me. I cannot say enough good things about Steven - he was knowledgeable and courteous. I docked one star because the store only had 2 employees on a Saturday. So while Steven was helping me, the store got extremely backed up and I saw people return items to the shelf and leave due to the long wait time to check out. Management should know better than to understaff, especially on a Saturday. They lost enough in sales by people leaving to pay for another person just doing checkout. But kudos to Steven - he saved the day! read more
