I have been to this store (3) times within the last 24 hours. I have encountered this wonderful young lady twice now. Her name is Chavida. I just want to say that her energy is so awesome. I went to a new AutoZone (Garner) for a winterized product for my vehicle. The store is very nice with an open layout. However, the customer portion of the store is somewhat small in comparison to the gigantic storefront appearance. I asked for a particular product and was told they do not have it in stock. There store cashier wouldn't order the product or get assistance to place an order. Friendly staff but no sense of urgency to make, retain, or keep customers. However, the store just opened so there could be a learning curve. The store is currently a 24-hour parts store! Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of traffic wise. read more

Went to Auto Zone on Fayetteville Rd. Garner, NC, a few times and by far, it is one of the friendliest and most helpful team of people around.
