Only giving 4 stars because of the guy that changed my tire. Went up here on a Saturday to be told they had to close early and come back Monday. Come back Monday and then they told me they wouldn't have anyone to change the tire until the following Thursday. Then suggested I go down to Pooles garage but they said I would have to bring the new tire with. long story short someone ended up coming up and asking me if it was an emergency and I said yes and he kinda just dismissed me like just ring her up. Didn't say nothing about where to go or anything. They overwork the guy that did my tire. Nobody helps him and it's wrong. This review was from two years ago. Hope it's changed 2026. read more

I called for a part, was quoted a price for a rim. I asked if he could put the tire on and they agreed. The price for the rim and the installation were reasonable. Replacing the spare under the truck the part that held the tire was broken. He said he had the part for $75. They pulled the part, did the repair work and sent me on my way, charging me only $50. three people, including the owner were involved in the repair. They get an A+ in my book. read more

I went there today as I was killing time before visiting some family in the area. From the street they looked like they had a large selection of vehicles in stock. I needed some parts for my 90's GMT and Mini. I noticed that they had quite a few cameras in the area and some odd signage! The guy at the counter was an older white man with glasses. This could not have been any ruder if he tried! I think he has a problem with black people, you know the type, dismissive, condescending and abrasive! I asked for a particular part, and he didn't give me the courtesy of looking up before saying "no, we don't have it!" I'm not from the area, just visiting, but if I were, I would advise black customers to go elsewhere! At a glance the business looks like it could have what you needed but why go through the indignity of bigoted customer non-service!!! I would put a NEGATIVE 10 rating if I were allowed!!! read more

White man that runs front desk, very rude and unprofessional, I needed a part for a vehicle so I called ahead of time asking for a quote, man who answered said 115$, I later call back telling him that I need that and would like to get it but with out a other piece that comes with it, he said ok and it would be 50$, I show up very respectful Hispanic man helps me and tell me yes it be 50$ for the piece I said ok I was waiting for it then that's when old rude pops ( white guy in glasses) , says it be 125$ I said but the other guy said 50$ he said " will I'm the owner" and proceeded to charge me 20$ more dollars. My wife was traveling and ran over a piece of steel that fell off of a truck in front of her. Tire didn't blow out and she made it to Raleigh and spent the night. In the morning she noticed the flat tire. Called AAA, guy was there quick to change tire. When he pulled tire off, he noticed rim was bent and damaged. Wife calls me and I Found JAS online. They had a rim. She had a friend take her to JAS with old rim and tire. An associate said he had five rims. Let her pick the best one. He took tire off bad rim and replaced for her on their rim. Balanced and all. Took great care of her. Would recommend highly for their customer service. Price was decent too. Thanks to the associate that handled this and yes, she did change it herself when she took it back to her vehicle:) read more

I was looking for a discontinued hood and they had several cars to pick from. I was surprised they even had two 3000GTs out there. I was able to get all the parts for my car and even found some for my truck that i wanted. The prices for each part were about $5.00 cheaper than a few other places, so I probably saved over $30. read more

Absolutely terrible service and all around business practice. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I talked to the owner after breaking down 4 hours from my house. He said he could have a new tire and rim (the parts I needed) out to me by Tuesday. This was on a Friday. I explained that I was in a bad situation and would have to stay with a friend and take off work but if Tuesday was the soonest I could get the part then so be it (nowhere else had the parts used at the time). He assured me everything would be fine. Tuesday comes and he sent me a completely busted tire in the mail and refused to give me a full refund. Not only was my money lost but 4 days of my time was wasted and I had to take more days off work. Long story short I didn't get home until Thursday.
