If available, they have loaner vehicles or do shuttle service which is such a great add-on to their amazing customer service. If you are waiting, there is a waiting room with comfortable seating and magazines for reading. They give you a call during the waiting process to update you on your vehicle. We never feel pressured to purchase unnecessary extras but are informed when there may be future visits. The best thing though, is the cookie they put in your car when you leave. They have performed some larger items, and much to my surprise, the cost was much less than the dealers in Raleigh. Unlike the dealer, I didn't have to take the car back for a second visit to get the initial repair fixed!! To top it off, they replaced the battery in my key and vacuumed out my car without asking. THIS IS THE BEST AUTO SHOP EVER! From the moment I walked in the door at both locations, I felt like a valued customer. I initially stopped by the Raleigh location. They did not have immediate availability (which was my fault because I did not call in advance to schedule), but they were nice enough to call the Wake Forest location for me to check for availability. I offered to do it myself but the gentleman at the front said he was happy to call which was really nice. I took my vehicle to the Wake Forest location the same day and they provided clear communication and updates from start to finish about what my vehicle needed. They even helped me prioritize which items to take care of first. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism from everyone there, particularly Jacob and Scott. The ppl here are very informative and helpful. I dont know much about cars and I'm not a very trusting person when it comes to believing mechanics due to past experiences. However, I do trust these guys. They also dont talk to me like im an idiot or a bother. ZERO STARS!!!! I own a 2011 Lexus ES350 and am a senior citizen living on Social Security with serious mobility issues. For the last few weeks, I have had problems starting my car in the morning. It wouldn't start unless I tried several times. I was told I needed a new starter and it would come to approximately $600 plus dollars! A good friend of mine recommended another place in Wake Forest and I brought it there and left it overnight. It turns out the BATTERY needed to be replaced in my car key and that was IT!! really want to like these guys, but recently Brad was less than helpful. First, the Apex location was amazing! Scott was friendly, attentive and helpful. I had a pre purchase inspection done and they had it done same day. Scott also stated they would have additional cars inspected there at a discount if I found another in the area. This is where the problems started. spoke with Roger at the Raleigh location and he was super accommodating. Told him I would bring it in around 10 And confirmed that was okay. Then called back at 9:45 to bring it in and Brad gets involved and starts giving attitude about me bringing it in. Refused to let me wait on it and was just all around rude. Said to me that they would not be able to get to it. No problem Brad- if you don't want my business, I'll take it elsewhere. I asked for an alignment and did not ask for a diagnose of my truck. They went ahead and diagnostic, and came up with a bunch of problems that was wrong with it that the control arm was having play into it. At the moment, I was not sure, but I knew a few months ago. I had replaced some parts in my truck so I did not say anything at the time I went back and confirmed with my mechanic and it was indeed the control arm that was changed. They also said my tie rod needed changing as well, and my brake line was showing wire and needed to be changed,total cost was $3200!! The guy said he didn't wanna take my money and that's why he didn't do my alignment until those problems were addressed. I appreciate the transparency on that but the fact that he said that he didn't take my money and then charge me for the diagnostic I did not ask for seem crazy to me. I felt like they really did just want to take my money at that point. Sorry won't be going back to this place don't recommend it read more

Thank you David at work for recommending this place when I urgently needed to get a repair on my Hyundai that I'd been literally whacking into place for years (thanks to the dealership that failed to fix it three times and taught me where to whack under the dash to make the fan work). Of course the whacking would fail right before the big out-of-town wedding where I was going to need to do a lot of driving. Which led me to this recommended place I had never heard of before in Wake Forest. (Note: it's behind the strip center that has Shuckers and Leli's Diner). Called first. Made an appointment for a weekday morning. They don't work weekends, which while a bit inconvenient for customers also means that they are more likely to have happy employees. When it comes to car repairs, bring on the happy employees! When I arrived, it didn't look like a car repair place. Park out front, walk in, give them your key and they take it around to wherever they actually perform their magic. Waiting area is couch-comfortable with magazines and coffee, but even better is that the shopping center is within walking distance. Breakfast at Leli's was all I needed to get through my repairs. LOVED that they made me feel safe, welcome, in good hands and trusting. Knowing my situation they went out of their way to make my repairs happen fast for my needs, not theirs. And the bill seemed quite reasonable for the work that was done. Am so grateful to have found a place I feel comfortable taking my car to! So, if you drive a Lexus, Acura or Toyota, this is a great little find in Wake Forest. We have two Acuras and a Land Cruiser and this place takes really good care of our cars. The owners are a father & son team: Randy and Josh. These guys are salt of the earth kind of people. They are straight with you and will tell you which repairs are essential, which ones could wait and for how long, and how much it'll cost you. They send out coupons to their customers, which we've used nearly every time we've taken one of the cars in for routine maintenance. I can drop my car off at Quality Plus and Josh or Randy will drive me to work and pick me up. Their prices are totally reasonable and these guys are really quick. The Honda dealership had said that my Odyssey had a bad axle and that they were unable to remove it from the wheel bearing and hub and were going to charge me $1500+ to fix it. Since I didn't want to spend that much, I looked around at other mechanics and decided to get an in-shop quote from Quality Plus after they called me back from a quote request sent via Yelp. When they looked at it, they had no trouble removing it, and spotted a brake fluid leak that the Honda dealership had missed (but I suspected was there due to poor brake performance). Their cost to fix was only a third of what Honda would have charged, and they had the entire repair done in one day. The service was very friendly and personal (they greeted me by my first name) and they even stayed open a few minutes late while I was getting a ride back to the shop and encountered bad traffic. read more

On Tuesday, I literally showed up on their doorstep hoping they could get my car in, to diagnose and hopefully fix the issue. Amazingly, they had a couple cancellations so were able to get me right in. I had been there 2 times before, to have them give me their advice before buying my used car, and their explanation, advice and service was great then and was just the same this week. They called me, explained in detail the problem and were able to fix it the same day. They had advised on some other issues that they didnt pressure me to fix, but happily were able to do multiple things all in the same day... I had advised it was important to me to get the car back same day, and they worked hard to make it happen. Scott and Josh were both super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I LOVE this place. I have been going here since 2008 for my 2004 Honda Odyssey Mini Van. Josh, Randy, and Scott and the crew in back know their stuff. Please be sure that you get a second quote by another mechanic before you commit to having services performed at this shop. I took my car to be serviced for brakes along with some other minor repairs and after the initial consultation, they quoted me a service charge of $1900.00 and noted that my brakes were so bad that I needed to stop driving my car. They noted that I needed a master cylinder and a brake booster. After suggesting the services, they even suggested that I fill out a form for a credit card to assist with payments. I opted to have the minor repairs completed and then made an appt to have another mechanic look over my car. Well after a second opinion, the mechanic (also licensed to work on Toyotas) looked over my car and noted that the only thing that was wrong with my car was my rotors. My rotors need to be resurfaced. I literally made the mechanic show me because I was told that I needed the master cylinder, etc. All I know is that my $1900 bill literally was only $115. Yes, this company has all the bells and whistles of comfort and customer service, but it's for a reason. You are paying for it, literally! read more
