We brought our vehicle on May 20th to have the battery changed. Our vehicle had no other issue at…read morethe time. The employee not only pulled the wrong battery but installed the battery backwards, and had us start the car. The fuses and ABS module were immediately burnt. The fuses were replaced in the parking lot. The employee instructed us to drive and hope the codes cleared. They did not. We were then instructed by Autozone to take it to a dealership to get it diagnosed. It was diagnosed with the ABS module being "internally fried". After months of inconsistent contact with Autozone management and staff, they are trying to refuse paying for the ABS module to be replaced. This has been an extremely frustrating process and we still have no different answer from when the incident occurred on May 20th, 2026. It is now August 28th, 2026.
