I regularly purchase butane foraking rings from my local AutoZone store. I have shopped there for as long as I can remember. Employees are great and always helpful. When it's not in stock, I drive over and order it. Today we called, first girl says we don't carry it, manager says out of stock. Hmmm it says you have some online. Rudely, Nope none online is wrong. So I drive over. Can I help you, no we do not have any I explained that to the lady on the photo. I proceed to walk each isle. The gentleman says it should be in electrical but there isn't any. Off I go to electrical. Low and behold right in front of my eyes, THREE CANS! She checks me out like this was a normal transaction. Neither of them bothered to look. I absolutely hate going to this autozone. I go to autozone usually once a week to get many different things and every time I go in there, the employees are always so unorganized and do not care about the customers. I went in there today, on my lunch break to swap out a defect brake caliper and it took 40 minutes just to get the caliper ordered. There was no one in front of me, the employee had to call the Dover store, got put on hold and sat there for 10 minutes before I asked if he should redial their number. So he redialed Dovers number, they answered and said they had it in stock and could get it to the Smyrna location between 5-5:30. I got their at 5, asked if their delivery came yet and they said it hasn't came yet. I waited in the parking lot until 6:30 and just walked out. I am done with autozone and all of their locations. I prefer autozone because of their rewards program but go to advanced right across the street. Their wait time is always way less, their employees are always straight to the point and ready to go. After I get this brake caliper, I am NEVER going to autozone again. I will order online and wait extra time or go to another autozone before I support AUTOZONE ever again. read more

spent about 300 in here the day before and came back to look at seat covers and purchase paint and paint supplies. an employee came and was being ignorant to me and my girl and acted like we were trying to steal. this is the 2nd time i have had this happen in this store. i am well known in advanced auto as a trustworthy mechanic. i have never been treated so poorly as i have in this location. they lost a customer here for life. as well as every customer i work for. (i own my own business and i would rather spend more to get less with better treatment. screw this place.) read more
