We had a 7 hour drive home up over HWY 36 with a new horse in the trailer. Luckily I saw my temperature on my suburban rising before we even left town and went back to our hotel and parked. The wonderful manager of the hotel called Raul and he came out quick, saw my radiator was cracked and that I needed a new one. He found one and brought back his team and they were able to change it out with the new one right there in the parking lot with no added stress to our wild horse in the trailer. They were done in an hour and we were back on the road home. I can't express how much their kindness and quickness meant to us to get our new family member home safe. They were are our heroes and we will always be grateful! Thank you again!!!

Wow - what a difference an hour can make! After a less than stellar visit to our local Ford dealer…read morein Reno, I'd decided I would stick to my plan and wait another year to buy a newer car. But of course, after sleeping on it, we were back online seeing what other cars might be out there that fit what I was looking for. We found the same car I was looking at in Reno at the Susanville Ford for $4,000 less with only 10,000 miles on it (half of the other car in Reno). I called them and spoke with Kelly, one of their sales consultants. After I briefly told him what happened at the other dealership, he asked for all of the details on my Mustang so that he could run blue book on it. He said they go only by blue book and that he would give me what popped up. My local dealer would only give me $7,000 for my '08 Mustang but Kelly said he could give me between $11K-$12K since it was booking that high so we hopped in the car and drove to Susanville. We test drove the car that I was looking at and then he ran the numbers. Not only was he able to give me a great value on my trade in, but I was able to get an extended warranty on a lower mileage car for less than the sticker price of the car in Reno. They were also able to finance me at a lower interest rate to save money in the long term. So for $100 more per month than my Mustang, I now have a practically new Fusion Titanium with AWD and more bells and whistles than I know what to do with. To top it off, we were in and out of the dealership in an hour and half with keys in hand! I would highly, highly recommend that anyone in the vehicle market, check out Susanville Ford. It is definitely worth the one hour drive for the excellent customer service and the fair deals!

Yes, it took a LONG time to get the truck repaired but Corwin in Reno and Capital in Carson City wouldn't even give me an appointment for a transmission issue !! Somehow, Ford has dropped the ball on those two dealers. But Susanville Ford was friendly and helpful. A real person answered the phone, transferred my right away and I was never put on hold for more than a minute. That's rare these days. And when they made an understandable mistake, they made it right in a big way. I can't say enough about JP (service manager), Tristan (service rep) and Josh (mobile mechanic). And I didn't buy my Ford truck from them but I will certainly give them a try when I buy my next one, soon. Thank you Susanville Ford.

I went in there for 3 things for my 2010 Ford F150 Lariat, 165,000 miles on it. My horn was not…read moreworking after in the winter it went off for 8 hours straight when we were out of state. My wind shield washer squirter was not working after I refilled it with fluid and potential starter working issues. The horn had a 10 amp fuse in it instead of a 20 amp fuse, it did have power however the horn was the original one so he replaced it with a new OEM one from the Ford dealership. Nothing wrong with my starter. He educated me on a quirk with Fords sometimes that there is often times depending how you park it on a curve that the key will not turn. The windshield hose had come loose, probably a squirrel as we have many here. Paul was extremly reasonable with his price for the horn replacement and labor. His son Nathan was also very courteous. I will go to him again in a heartbeat. I am not a fan of Susanville Ford for prior bad experience. Thank you Paul and Nathan!

She called my boyfriend and explained why she would be late to work. And he told her he could get her a new thermostat and put it in for her himself. Story short, my boyfriend bought a new thermostat for under $30 and installed it within 10 minutes. Seems like Susanville Ford loves to rip people off any chance they get, especially if you're FEMALE! I have a Ford myself, and I will never take it there to be serviced for anything. I'd rather make the drive to Reno.

I had the dreaded leaking heater core issue in my 2006 Jeep and I can tell you it is a big job…read more Entire dashboard and steering column have to be completely removed just to get to the air box and then that has to be dismantled to get the heater core out. To make the job even harder l have air lockers and extra lights with a bunch of extra wiring and switches in the dash. Mark was professional and handled getting the appointment setup. We meet Rich and John the mechanics when we dropped the Jeep off and went over the details of what needed to be done. A few days later we get the call the Jeep is ready. Great service and a very reasonable price for all the work that was done. Thank you Rich and the crew for a job well done.
