They had the part that I needed when I stopped by the other day. I just bought a headlight to replace a burnt out one. I was just bummed they couldn't put it in for me, I guess the battery of my car was too close to the install area. I am a 66 year old woman who just needed a windshield wiper. The guy behind the counter looked up my vehicle and told me it was 26". I found the wipers, there were two, one marked for truck/suv. I have a van so I asked which one would be appropriate and he told me, dealers choice. I don't know what that meant so I asked him and he said dealers choice. He wouldn't give me a straight answer. Finally he said it was my choice which I wanted. ONE simple answer is all I needed. I left and went to costco for gas. The attendant assured me that the store would have wipers, They did and I saved a lot of money. I will never go here again, and I'm telling everyone I know what wiseguys are in this store. thanks for nothing!! I had to rate the store so i gave one star, they dont even deserve that. read more

Auto Zone has made my decision to ever go back and buy from them easy. Today I was trying to buy local and decided to go to Auto Zone to find a simple gasket for my Jeep. The kid behind the counter either doesn't know what part I was looking for or just doesn't know and completely doesn't care. After I asked and he couldn't find the gasket I asked if they had the complete master cylinder instead of just the gasket. He then ask if it was power or manual which would've been a question on the first part of he was truly looking for it correctly. Of course they can special order that but not the gasket alone. I find it extremely hard to believe the gasket is not a part that's available anymore either considering it's for a Jeep which millions of customers drive it's not like it's for a studabaker or something limited. Oh by the way every other parts store in town either had the part or could order it. So AutoZone either train your staff how to look up parts or at least ask for help or start stocking Jeep parts there's a lot of Jeep owners out there. Never again will I buy from autozone. read more

They have a big storage area for parts and a good selection of items on the shelves. Price is a little higher than some of the other part stores in town. IT's one of the cleanest auto parts store compared to the others even know that doesn't really matter. Most of the people that work here don't know that much about cars they just type in the computer and get you what you ask for. So if you don't know the exact specifications of your vehicle or have some questions on parts you might be out of luck. read more
