The clerk, Emily who told me of the policy was very rude and tried to make a mockery of " have a nice day' trying to rush and shoo me out the store after I confronted the young lady Shannon, who rung me up Friday night. I said to Shannon you never told me of this policy and she said she tried- ummm no, you didn't our previous conversation was about the installation of the battery you advertise as free but the machine was broken and I still purchased the battery. Shannon had ample time to tell me then about "policy" when we were talking about that. She failed to tell me after she rung me up, while I was waiting for authorization, while I signed my name and before I headed to the door. Again, how can this store have a policy that's not in writing, printed or verbal. Those two young ladies are very childish and unprofessional. While the car was sold and badged as a Chrysler, it was made by Mercedes in Germany, and local dealers no longer have trained mechanics to perform service. My experience with Dave started when he recommended a towing company to get the car to his shop. The Company he recommended was $25 less at least than any other quote, and was prompt and professional. The folks at Dave's are expert in what they do. They diagnosed the two issues that were a problem, and performed the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. This garage will treat you fairly, and more importantly honestly. Heartily recommend them to anyone having issues with their vehicle, and especially those who may own vehicles that were limited production and where parts aren't necessarily plentiful.

Find Oklahoma insurance regulator cease and desist order from January of last year. Here is the initial list of the states where they operate illegally: CA, CT, FL, MA,NY,NJ .... And the list goes on. Since your contract was invalid from the get go you can get the full refund at any time.
