I was given a quote for an additional $644 dollars to fix something that was not broken when I took it there. Additionally, they did not tell me the pump did not work - I discovered it after leaving while on a snowy road trip. I feel like I am being fleeced. Edit: another repair shop in town did the repair for $300 after I left Wahlberg.

However, after the purchase comes the service department. If I could rate negative 0 stars this service department would be in the negative. No communication, the ball has been dropped numerous times. I've had a few problems with a new vehicle purchase and no trust what so ever in this service department. I had to be persistent between GM and the service department to get a faulty part replaced. I was reimbursed after I paid for the repair. GM just sent customers a letter regarding this same repair, offering to reimburse payments made. I don't know if it's because I'm female but I certainly feel a lack of respect and as though they think I'm stupid. Needless to say after two years of dealing with them I'm done! I've made a service appointment at another dealer and hopefully things go better there. We were looking to purchase another vehicle within the next few months. However, with this experience, I will not purchase from Joyce. I will continue to contact GM regarding some other issues, that I now believe this service department didn't contact them about.
