The front of the car got pushed in and I noticed that the radiator was leaking, so I managed to drive it to the nearby Conrad's on Detroit. First off the only manager was nearly overwhelmed with people coming in and the phone ringing off the hook, yet he never lost his cool and managed to keep getting people taken care of. I left the car with them, went to get some late lunch and then was about to head back to Beachwood since I expected that they wouldn't get to the car until the next day. Just before I got on the bus, I got a call from Conrad's letting me know that the car was damaged beyond their ability to repair; they recommended that it needed to go to a body shop and suggested a body shop a block away. I got back to pick up the car, no charge and the technician had already called the body shop to let them know I was coming. Overall an excellent job that made a difficult situation much more manageable. I really appreciate the help and the consideration. Thank you.

They said they provide estimates only on the day of service, once the car is on-site. WHAT? I can tell you what my car is, and exactly what I need, but you can't provide an estimate in advance? Ridiculous. I wasted an hour of my time and a gallon of gas on this wild goose chase. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

I found each experience to be helpful, and was my exact expectation of what I wanted. Pricing? A test drive? Always fantastic service. So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. I had something loose on my car recently and after googling, I found that it wasn't the engine. It was most likely some part of the exhaust that had come loose. Well, I was kind of right. They had to replace some screws and I was good to go for $48. I'm OK with that, but I'm just not sure why it took most of the day. I think they're just super-busy because they're good, but still. They also took almost an entire day to run a diagnostic test of my boyfriend's car. They recently helped him with what he had thought was the problem with his car, but actually wasn't. So he had to take it back and they found the actual problem--which was another $280 to fix. This was after the other thing was around the same amount to fix. I just wish they would have caught it the first time around instead of charging my boyfriend for something that wasn't even really the issue. But overall, they provide a great service and they have two Volvo specialists, which is helpful. They also have a killer refferal program which gets you and your referral $30 off a service or a free oil change. They're also offering a discounted brake repair service in OCT to support breast cancer research. I would definitely go back, but make sure you ask them for what you really want and don't assume what you think is wrong is the actual problem. Let them research it and find the issue.
