Talked with Josh at drop off about it and was told, well if anything else happens why your car is here we didn't do a diagnostic so it's not looked at. (Sounds fishy) Get in my car after the repairs and now suddenly the power steering pump is whining like it's being deprived of power steering fluid. Now Brady says "well, you didn't want to pay for the diagnosis. So we can't tell you what's wrong." It was NOT having any issues with my power steering BEFORE I took it in and now suddenly overnight the pump went out when it was perfectly fine yesterday and the belt was replaced a month ago. Make it make sense. I feel like they pinched a line or did something to sabotage my power steering to get more money from me. I decided to take my car home anyways but the whole way it was SCREAMING!! I will be getting a second opinion about this!! Let me also be perfectly clear!! There were NO issues with my power steering BEFORE I took my car in. I've had it looked at 2 times in AZ and once here in Cleveland by Toyota only a month ago when they replaced the belt for the power steering. The rack and pinion needed replaced before the boots were torn and you can't just replace the boots.

First order tires online had appointment for the 29th of August full package left a message on the…read more28th that my appointment was cancelled because they only had three of the tires on September 3th received a text that the tire had arrived made a appointment for the 4th full package call me an hour later that they had a problem with two of the bolts on the rear passenger tire were stripped and they couldn't get them they cancel my appointment again.Took the car to a tire shop no problem getting the 2 bolts off .Now they had taken my tires all 4 of them and stuff them into the rear seat of my jeep so I couldn't leave them like that overnight by them canceling my appointment and me having someone else pulling the tires on they screw me out of my warranty

They had already drained the oil and then told him that due to the high mileage they had to use synthetic oil. Now I know it's not a requirement or a law that I must do anything but my son could not get them to listen. Then he asked about a military discount since he was getting the oil changed for his Dad who is retired military. She called him a liar and said she has worked their for over a year and she knows he can't be. In the end my son was called a liar, was charged over 100 bucks and left feeling taken advantage of and humiliated. My husband is retired military and if she wanted proof he could have shown her proof . My husband texted a copy of is military id but my son was so upset he just paid and left. I called corporate but basically got told a district manager would need to call back. I tried calling the store directly but it rings right back to corporate and I had already waited over a hour there!! Don't waste time here all you get is bait and switched!!
