She didn't have the right tools, and the parts store she tried first gave her a bit of a runaround. Enter Autozone. They got her hooked up with the new bulb and replaced it for her. The manger, Monica, and another employee took care of her (and her car). Thanks to Autozone, my mom won't get a padiddle ticket. They won our family's business.
