We went through the whole process and what needed to be done: the Sony system installation, connect to my backup camera and steering wheel controls, and replace the 12v cigarette lighter with a dual USB port. Dave let me know that the cigarette lighter replacement might cause some fitting issues, so he walked me through some alternatives if it didn't work out. I came to pick up my car 3 hours later and everything was perfectly installed! The total came out to $428 with tax. There were definitely some cheaper options out there but I felt comfortable knowing that the job would be done correctly the first time here.

My SUV wouldn't start in a parking garage in Hoboken, NJ. A&L Auto Body was the only shop willing to drive their tow truck into the narrow garage to try to get it out. After making multiple trips to the garage to test various solutions, they were actually able to fix my car (when AAA couldn't), helping me avoid all costs associated with towing. If A&L wasn't able to step up, I have no idea what I would have done to get that car out of that garage. This place is the real deal. While sitting in the passenger seat, another gentleman came down the ramp, introduced himself, shook my hand, and personally moved my car.
