The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. Overall the store is on the smaller side. They don't have as much selection on their shelves nor are their shelves full of product the same way you would see at your typical Advance store. A few of each thing with a fair amount of open/empty/blank space is more the norm especially in the back where the quarts of oil are kept. While the people who work here are very nice, you're not going to be calling/coming here asking them for advice or assistance like you see at other stores or at Advance who will install blades or a battery for you at no charge. It's just not that type of store at least not if you come later in the day. Know exactly what you need or be able to ask very specific and precise questions and you'll be OK coming here for basic auto needs.

Maybe I have to come in here twice a year for something and while the guys that work here are not going to sitting back and writing Hallmark cards or reciting poetry in their spare time they know what they need to know and personally I've always had my questions answered right the first time. Not efficient use of time i sat in cold waiting area...but I guess you need a reason to charge for another inspection.
