He sent the info pretty quickly on a Friday and Monday we arrived to find it ready for us to look at and test drive. If you value your time, I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment for a basic oil change and a tire balance/rotation. Upon arrival, the service representative assured me that the work would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Trusting their word, I planned my entire day around that timeline. The Reality of the Experience: The Delay: After waiting for 3.5 hours with absolutely no updates, I finally went to check on my vehicle myself--only to discover they hadn't even started on it yet. A Widespread Issue: I wasn't the only one. The waiting room was filled with multiple other frustrated customers who had also been left waiting for hours on end for simple services. Management's Response: I ended up speaking directly with the Service Manager, and his only response was to say he was sorry and that they were "behind." No kidding they were behind! Forcing customers to wait over four hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation without a single proactive update was completely irresponsible and unacceptable. Saying "we're behind" does not excuse a total lack of communication and respect for a customer's time. This dealership seriously needs to get their house in order to better serve their customers. It reflected incredibly poorly on the Hyundai brand, and I will not be returning to McCarthy Hyundai.

    When I arrived for my appointment today an employee waited 24 minutes to call me and tell me that…read morethey would not be able to do the service because I needed two tires replaced. I then said to please go ahead and replace the two tires with the same brand that is currently on my car so that I could get all tires balanced and rotated. I made my way to the autocare desk and sat down in case they had any more questions or problems. As I am sitting down the MANAGER and another technician are talking about how they aren't going to balance and rotate my tires and how they are just going to place new tires on the vehicle. I listen to them continuously talk negatively about me for 4 minutes before I stand up and tell them that they are talking about me. The technician immediately tries to save face and explain to me the "problem" with just replacing two tires. I politely asked for my keys back and told them that I would not be getting serviced by them due to their unprofessionalism. Its very unfortunate that these autocare technicians have a manager who doesnt care about the customers and is only interested in providing "services" that are of higher price than what the customer originally asked for. If they were willing to do this to me then I am sure they would do it to you as well.
