When we dropped off the car we left a note saying that we were traveling back to Iowa to visit family and had to fly out in two days and asked him to call us first thing in the morning. The owner called us first thing in the morning and was honest with us and gave us a great deal. Our truck was done by noon and the owner drove over to the Hotel to pick up my husband and drove him back to the shop which was extremely nice of him to do. Long story short, this place is AWESOME! We have a monitor plugged into the computer hookup that will tell us if the car is in motion, the speed, fuel gauge and the computer codes for the check engine light. So I knew the issues before I brought my vehicle to Virgils to get fixed. I called and spoke with Blake and made an appointment. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for my vehicle to actually get looked at and repaired. That being said they were very fair with the pricing ($300 less than the dealer). In fact they could have nickled and dimed me to death but they didn't. I will be going back and I would reccomend this garage too anyone! 11/26/2019 I've now had Blake and his staff work on my vehicles multiple times. They really take their time to make sure you repair is done right. They will also attempt the least expensive fix first and will only charge you more if they have too. They are fair, ethical and trustworthy and they have proven it to me over and over!
