The website is pretty good and usually accurate in terms of locating a year, make, model and location of a vehicle so check it out before going www.PicknPull.com so you don't waste a trip. Just because the website says there is a vehicle there does not mean it will have the part you need, it's a gamble sometimes but you can save some money over Dealer prices for parts. It costs $2 to get in and you have to sign away all rights in case you hurt yourself which is normal. All vehicles are in the air sitting on rims which makes it easy to get at parts. The junk yard smells of oil and is dirty so dress accordingly and bring your own tools. They purchased another junk yard one exit North of Truman Road so if you don't find the part you need here just ask them for directions to the other one and drive 5 minutes North to check out the other location. There are NO Refunds, if you have a receipt and the part is marked you can exchange a part within a week so be careful you get the right part the first time!

They don't have another vehicle to get the parts from, so I'm stuck with a credit which can't be used. Never again. I'll call a legit junkyard, have them pull the parts and be money ahead.

The guy I talked to initially said I needed to speak to his son about the condition of the car, so once I made contact with the son, he said he could pick it up in 20 minutes. I wasn't ready yet and told him as much. I called again the next day and he was there within 30 minutes after I called. He paid me in cash exactly what he said he would and towed the car away. He was really nice and very friendly. Overall a positive experience. Just know that if you call, they are ready to come pick up your car in like 30 minutes!
