From the moment I arrived, Amy was personable, calm, and incredibly informative. What stood out most was that she seemed to drop everything to focus on me as a customer. She took the time to listen, explain the situation clearly, and walk me through my options without ever making me feel rushed. Throughout the process, she remained patient, professional, and reassuring. Amy did everything she could to help find a resolution to my vehicle issue and went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier to navigate while I was out of town. Her customer service was exceptional, and she turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me feeling cared for and confident.     I have been going here for years. Everybody is friendly and they do good work…read more There's been one situation that has felt shady and I did not like it. I had a part missing from my car. That was a safety recall by Ford. I had been asking about it for at least two years. Every time I take my car and I ask about that part. They just kept telling me that it takes a long time and it's on backorder. Finally I called Ford to ask what was going on and they asked about a case number. I told them I don't think I have a case number. They told me I had to go to Shawnee Mission Ford and ask them to do an evaluation of my car and make a case for my car. When I called Shawnee Mission Ford and asked for it for them to do an evaluation of my car and come up with a case number, they tried to talk me out of it multiple times and give me absolute lies for excuses. I insisted that they do an evaluation of my car and give me a case number. This is something that they absolutely should have done two years ago when this recall first came out. I was not getting the part because they were lying to me. I wasn't even in line to get the part! I'm not sure why they did not want to make a case for my car and get the part for me. I guess it probably has to do with not wanting to give away free labor. But it has left a bad taste in my mouth since then. After I forced them to make a case for that part, it only took about three weeks for the part to come in. Which is even more confirmation that they were lying to me for at least two years about not having the part available. Once they got the part for my car, they did call right away to set up a time to come to my house to put the part on my car. It only took about an hour. They have always done good work on my car, and they've always been very convenient and very friendly, but they don't feel super trustworthy to me now because of this safety recall situation. I don't like knowing that I had to force them to do the right thing. And I don't like knowing that they were giving me false information for two years. When it's time to get another car, I am not going to buy a Ford.
