I've waited quite a while to post this review because sometimes when purchasing from a dealership (regardless of vehicle or toy) the post-sales transactions don't always match the initial sales hype. I can confidently say that's not the case with Outlaw. I've been overly satisfied with every experience there which has led me to purchase two Harley's (within 14 months) from Outlaw. My sales guy Jerry has always taken the time to answer all of my question and provided his honest professional opinion regarding bike fitting (it's a thing). Of course, when buying from a dealership, there always back and forth negotiation, but I've always felt I've got a fair deal. Stop in and see Jerry for next time you're on the hunt for a new ride. Here's a great example of the outstanding service and while I'll continue to be an Outlaw customer. On the trip to Sturgis this year, I trailered my bike and unfortunately during transport, my brother's bike next to mine shifted loosening the straps which rubbed against my saddle bag causing several decent sized scratches. I stopped by Outlaw to see if they recommend someone for body work. Instead, they had their detail/delivery guy Shaun take my bike back to see what magic he could work. He spent a good 30 minutes buffing the scratches out of my bike and they didn't charge me a dime. I definitely wasn't expecting that to be on the house. (I tipped Shaun because he did an outstanding job.) Another example: My passenger foot pegs kept falling down while riding. There's a small spring (or some small part) that's not covered under the factory warranty. The service guy Scott bough the small parts for me and installed them himself. My wife and I were looking at the Bluebook value on our 2020 Tri-Glide online. Not 10 minutes later we receive a phone call from Outlaw Harley Davidson in Blue Springs Mo. They say their interested in our trike. After we answered a few questions they said they wanted it and shot us, what we felt was a reasonable offer. They made arrangements to pick up the trike. They picked it up in the Am and that PM we get a call saying they lost the quote sheet and don't remember dealing with us on the phone. I demanded to speak to the sales manager. Of course he was busy and would have to call me back. An hour later he calls and now the whole story has changed. He states my trike is trashed out and they're no longer interested. I then ask him his definition of trashed out. He says there's corrosion on the mirrors and some of the chrome. We wanted the service department to look it over. Besides the very minor corrosion it was in near mint condition and threw us a ridiculously low offer. We then said get it back to us today. Once we had it back my wife and I polish the chrome. The whole process took under 3 hours and it was back to showroom condition. We sold the trike the next day to another Harley dealership in thr area. They paid us $2000 over Outlaw Harley Davidsons offer. We've bought 5 Harleys from these backstabbing. But never again​ read more

Found an ad on Facebook marketplace for a bike. The bike needed some carb work after conversing for almost a week with the sales rep. i'm told they cannot sell the bike because it will not pass inspection. I would have paid for the repairs plus the asking price of the bike. Instead they wholesale it out because it's A metric bike. After being told that The sales rep is going to "see what they have to do". It's sold out from underneath me as a whole sale bike. I am not trying to be super about myself but I work full time and go to school part time on top of being active in life. So it's not that this is just disappointing it's a waist of time. WHY ARE YOU LISTENING BIKES YOU CANT SELL. it's a waste of the dealerships time and money. it's a waste of my time for sure regulate your PT sales rep and what shit they are selling. I'd give Outlaw Harley-Davidson no stars if I could, drove 4 hours just to be ripped off. Doesn't put prices on bikes, then tries charge $7500-8000 over MSRP. After 3 hours of attempting to walk out they came down to $5000 over MSRP. Poor communication on time of delivery if you want anything modified and a lot of broken promises by the salesman. I have an 07 ultra classic I rode it on Sunday and noticed that I had cord showing so I got it home safely and took the back tire off to take it Monday to get a new tire. I didn't feel it was safe to ride so I went to outlaw "where I have had several tires put on a loose rim" I went into the service department and was told that they will not put a tire on my wheel if it is not on the bike. So I asked about this and he once again said he would not help me. He said I could go to Dell's Honda and maybe they could help me. So with that being said I will never do business with them again. I was looking at getting a new bike but I will not be going there. I would suggest that anyone needing anything from a Harley shop to go elsewhere before you waste your time at this place. read more

I contacted the dealer about a specific bike they had advertised but it turned out to be sold. No problem, that happens. Michael Hanson (Salesman) then asked me what I was looking for so I told him... an 07'ish Harley Ultra Classic for $8-9k. Easy enough, they are all over the internet and CycleTrader. An hour or so later, he contacted me about a bike that was $4000 more than what I had told him was in my price range. Not only that, but they were asking $2500 more for the bike than NADA said that it was worth. He said that my trade in was worth $2500 less than both KBB and NADA valued it at. When I disapproved of his offer and told him "No thank you", he then got an attitude and smarted off about the dealer I purchased my 2005 Gold Wing (trade-in) from, "got smoked on that one huh!". I have been in sales and that is no way to treat a customer. I am still in a customer service role know that however you may feel about a customer, you represent the business. I always made it my mission to find the customer the deal and vehicle they were looking for, as best I could anyway. I can't stand shady sales people who try to sell you what they want you to buy instead of what you are actually looking for. He could have simply said that they didn't currently have anything that met my requirements but that he would keep and eye out. I am still looking and I will not write off Outlaw Harley-Davidson because of a single salesman, but if I do take my business there, it will be given to anyone but him. read more

If you buy here , you have paid way too much , offered me $5000 less on my trade then other dealers did ..... they try to con you with a numbers game ..... ask them the price of their bike and how much they are giving you for your trade .... be careful these guys are con artist ..., they will also ask for your ssn .... I told them I didn't need their financing and didn't want to give them my ssn ...... they said they needed it to write up the deal .... foolishly I gave it to them after they said they wouldn't run my credit , 10 minutes after leaving the place , I had an alert on my phone that my credit had been run ...... they lie to you about the price of their bike ..... they lowball you on your trade , very dishonest people , buyer beware of Outlaw and Worth Harley Davidson ...... if you buy here ... your getting screwed ..... shop around ! read more

The young lady we worked with over the phone was prompt and attentive, and let us know they wanted our business. We made a fantastic deal, pending test drive, that nobody else came close to. We drove down and they had everything ready and waiting for us. The salesman who took over when we arrived stayed by our side through every step. Despite being very young, both employees were amazing to work with, and more helpful, knowledgeable and eager to take care of us than anywhere else we've been.
