One of the dealerships did not take me seriously since I was an out of state buyer, the second dealership wanted me to fly to Texas to sign paperwork, the third dealership said dealing with CA registration is a hassle...needles to say I was getting discouraged and was about to settle for a truck in CA. I figured I give the last dealership, Bonham Chrysler a try and see if they would be willing to help. I was transferred to Jimmy in sales, who confirmed that the truck was available and that they would be happy to sell me a truck! Car buying can be a pain when in person, but I was thinking that it would be even more painful over the phone. But that was NOT the case. Jimmy made the the process very smooth, from negotiating a price, to receiving the paperwork to sign and send back, to making sure my truck got on the transport truck safely. I received an awesome deal and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The oil pan now leaks bad enough to have oil all over my driveway and I'm at work and it's leaking. they didn't even change the crush washer On the oil pan. Some old lady wouldn't have noticed and would have had engine failure. the management apparently doesn't care. 4 people and it's still wrong. I have to use my lunch break tomorrow and take it back. Worst place ever. I wouldnt recommend anyone taking their car there. trash

I was towing an enclosed trailer and they got the work done without me having to unhitch the trailer. Ask for their middle bearing lube special (just kidding but I bet they will laugh). Their prices seemed very fair.

The tires looked like they were in desperate need of replacement as well, with large chunks of rubber either missing entirely or barely hanging on. I get that this is being sold as a used vehicle, but when you're asking someone to pay $30k for a "used" truck, you would expect something better than this! When my wife asked for a test drive, the initial engine crank was enough for us to know right away we didn't need to take the test drive. It had definite sounds of mechanical issues. The old guy helping us today informed us that their mechanic makes sure all their vehicles are mechanically sound - which I have problems believing after hearing something like that engine just produced. I'm not sure they even bothered with any kind of detail of the interior either. The carpet protectors were still caked in mud. There was some unknown dried substance that had dripped down the sides of the center console, and lots of dust throughout the cabin mixed with some kind of animal fur throughout. I have no idea if they ever planned on addressing any of these issues, but this was not our idea of what a $30k truck should or would look/sound like.

If I could leave a 0 I would. This shop does not communicate with you at all and are stupid high in…read moretheir estimates. I had my car at this shop for 10 days and only heard from them once. Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.
