This was the nearest auto parts store, so I pulled in, and was pleasantly surprised how neat and clean and well-organized this place is. And a friendly greeting from the guy behind the counter to boot. Bought the wiper, and when offered to have it installed - yes, please! So out we went, into the cold, wet night. Shame on me for not getting his name, but the guy was having a hard time getting the new wiper to snap in, so he went back inside to get another thingie. (Sorry. Don't know what it actually was.) Problem solved, and I was on my way, safely able to see through a clean windshield. Excellent service!

The problem was the two front bucket seats had already been upholstered. I asked if I could send just the Backseat back since it was the wrong one. They said the only way they could do an exchange was for me to un-upholster my front seats. and send everything back. Absolutely ridiculous. This once was a good company. They have all the info in their computers, so don't be afraid to ask if they can check what size wiper you'll need for your car's make and model. Like I said, they have a number of things here for your vehicle, with anything from road safety kits and wiper fluid to batteries, and other car parts.
