Same as SIR they are 44.99 they are not on sale!! Massive attitude. Well, after checking in, while waiting, I read all the one-star Yelp reviews. I told the employee…read morethat he had bad reviews. He advised me that must be from the prior service managers, which I knew was a lie based on the dates of the review, unless they just changed within the last 10 days. I thought I may have needed a new battery, so I asked if I could get a diagnostic test, I was advised NO without an appointment. Well, because I feel I'm a mechanic, I said okay I'll just buy a battery. I was advised they could put it in. Was told wouldn't take long, but it took over an hour. Maybe I'm just inpatient, but I thought an hour was long. The person helping me was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the battery obviously wasn't my problem, as I still have the same issue, so to the dealer I go. They also didnt know the car needed to reset after replacing the battery, so in the parking, like I had to google how to reset. Lessons learned. 1. Im not a mechanic. 2- Some things you just need to stick with the dealer. I'm not sure about pricing, but it cost me 250.00 for the battery and installation. I'm hoping that was a reasonable deal.

Erik, the store manager, was an exceptional help to me when I had a problem with my truck…read morebatteries. Erik went out of his way to help me select the batteries and then even installed the batteries and retested the whole system to insure everything was working properly. This happened on Sunday, Aug. 25th, 2024 and he made the time to do this when the store was also very busy. He made sure that the other customers were serviced and also took great care of me as he could. Great example of a good retail manager who provides great customer service...Thanks Erik.

Then, the three potential customers were left alone. For a good while. Then, an employee sauntered in with some items. Apparently, he was the only person working front of house. And he never acknowledged me or the now three other customers waiting for an employee to help us. When an older man came into the main store area, I asked him if he was going to help us? He said something snarky and went about his ignoring us. I then made the choice to leave the store. Good News: the second store that I went to was "night and day" better. It was clean, and an employee greeted me immediately. Go to AutoZone on Union Ave. So so much better.
