They have deceptive trade practices there is zero help and when things go wrong. They stall stall stall, hoping that you'll go away. LoJack is a joke. Their service department is a joke. The whole sales department is a joke. Financing is a joke stay away or you will be burned like I was. 10 repairs since April and still nothing but issues and problems! All under 5000 miles! If things are this screwed up this early I can only imagine how bad it's going to be to use their warranty when it's a tire or more electrical issues as I've had nothing but problems since driving it off the lot with 119 miles on it. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND IT SHOWS! Caveat emptor!!!!

I brought my NAPA lawnmower battery to be checked out. They hooked it up with their ginormous hand held meter reader. Many thanks. I'll be back! Probably sooner than later.

I had been shopping for a Stihl electric blower for weeks doing my research on the various models,…read morelength of battery times, miles per hour and so forth. This week I was ready to buy and tried at two different Ace Hardware stores who carry Stihl and displayed the model I wanted but had none in stock. My sister reminded me of our purchase of our Ferris riding lawnmower from Haltom, two years ago and that they carry Stihl too, so I headed that way. Sure enough they had the model, BGA 60, I was looking for in stock and an extra battery. While I waited, I browsed through their showroom. You can see from my photos posted here they have pretty much everything you need for landscape maintenance. I found a pair of lopers that will cut a 2¼ inch branch. They have really long handles to make it easy and they retail for only $78. After cutting grass at three different houses, I am happy with my purchase of the BGA 60 Stihl Blower. I like the four LED lights on the batteries with the push button to let you know how much of a charge is left. Also the blower will decrease a tad in power to let you the battery is almost done before it goes completely dead. That's a nice feature. I'm also glad I bought the extra battery since I'm responsible for cutting seven different yards.
