    Noises from my rear end were from worn out rear control arms, no Curtis, rust isn't ok nor is a bushing ready to pop out

    Con artists Trying selling 750$ worth of tie rod ends when literally ALL my suspension was worn out, except the tie rods. I believe this happened to illegally generate fraudulent revenue, like the 1000$ on tires wasn't enough?!?!? It needed 2500$ worth of real work their tech was too lazy and untrained and greedy to mess with. Don't go here without a basic understanding of automobiles or they will take you on a ride and not even fix the real problem, just replace something that's fine to get their commissions. The corporate office did call me and are citing employee incompetence for the issue. I'm positive it's fraud bc there was real work jumping out everywhere, but he went straight for the easiest part. Then corporate being cute asked me if I've had it examined in a lab?!?!? I examined it the same way your lying employee did and I still have the part. Bc cause your corporate office thought it was cute to ask about a "lab", do your techs have them looked at in labs? What I can do is prove there's absolutely no issue with it in another video, and I hope it proves there's no point in calling corporate, they'll just make jokes.     Took one of the cars in for a new set of tires after getting a good quote online. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. I was welcomed immediately and checked in quickly. Then I took a seat...and sat there, waiting for a long time. At one point, one of the techs came out with an estimate for additional services. I misunderstood and thought they were doing them. When I said I didn't want those extra services, nobody made me feel dumb for the misunderstanding. After waiting for nearly 3 hours, the work on the car was done, and my name was called. They did try to sell me an extended warranty at checkout. And when my husband saw the bill, he noticed certain details didn't match up to our online quote. We'll still go back the next time we need tires.

    Priced out the tires online and had trouble setting up an appointment online. Pricing was all done and called their location and set up the appointment and confirmed the price with the lady on the phone. When I get there they then say they can't do the pricing and the reason why they did t have me finish the stuff online is because of where the money goes.... absolutely infuriating. They did nothing but waste my time. I should have went to Costco from the start.

    This is a great place!…read more I was looking for a mechanic to check out my car due to shaking. My sister recommended Breedlove. Her boyfriend's family all bring their cars in and they had nothing but great things to say. I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening and got a call early Friday afternoon. They told me there was just a bunch of ice under my car and other than that it was in good working order. I was so happy and grateful! These people are hard working and honest! Great mechanics are rare and I'm thrilled I found one so close to home!

    A week ago, I brought my car in during the recent heat wave to have the A/C compressor clutch…read morereplaced. My A/C was still blowing cold--the clutch was just squealing, and I couldn't stand the noise anymore. I supplied the replacement part myself, and after giving them my vehicle's year, make, model, and engine information, I was quoted $520 for the installation and refrigerant recharge. I agreed to the price and dropped the car off. The next day, they called and said there would be an additional charge because they "weren't aware" of the type of refrigerant my car uses. This was frustrating because they had all of my vehicle information before I even brought it in. Suddenly, the new price was $750. I told them I needed some time to think about it and would call them back. About 5-10 minutes later, they called again and said the compressor clutch bolt was seized and that I would need an entirely new compressor. My options were either to replace the compressor or have them reinstall my old one. No pricing was discussed during this call, so I told them to just put my original compressor back on. A few hours later, I called to see if my car was ready, and they acted like it had been sitting there waiting for me. Then they told me the bill was $390. They eventually agreed to $300 cash, but here's the problem: my A/C worked when I brought the car in, and now it doesn't work at all because they evacuated the refrigerant and never recharged it. I understand to an extent paying for labor. But charging me $300 after leaving my car in worse condition than when I dropped it off is unacceptable. Their labor rate is $130 per hour, and the timeline of the phone calls doesn't seem to support three hours of labor. A little understanding, detailed communication, & customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, they earned $300, a one-star review, and lost a repeat customer.
