There ARE still good people in this world... This evening as my kids and I were riding home, I hear knocking from under the car that didn't sound normal. I pulled over to the Auto Zone in Casa Grande and waited patiently in line praying one of the two workers there could help get the car together so we could get home. One was a GM, young lady maybe my age or younger and the other, a kid maybe late teens. The GM lets me know she will be right with me and I say "Okay" not wanting to look obvious that something was wrong, I smiled. The GM comes back and says "How can I help?" In desperation I say "I'm not from here, I just need to get something to hold my muffler in place so I can get my kids and myself home." She says "I am a mom myself. I think we have something. Let me take a look." She proceeds to check out the muffler and as we were doing that, she notices one of my license plate lights were out and she let me know. (Because why not just add more stuff wrong that needs an immediate fix!‍) I say "I hope someone can help me because I have no idea what I am doing. I called my dad in Cali like he would be able to help." She says "Don't worry about it, I can help you." PRAISE HIM! We then go to the aisle where the muffler clips were and she took her time to check out for the best one to make sure we were safe. She took the piece and went to my muffler (while I held the light) to make sure it would work and was secure! GOD SENT! One problem I thanked her so much and asked if she could also do the power steering fluid as I noticed some groaning on turns. She said sure and wrote my license plate # down. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you must, but I asked what was that for and she let me know she could look up my car by license plate # with their new system. I said thats pretty cool! She grabbed the license plate light bulbs and the power steering fluid and we went outside to put those two in. After we finished the fluid, I grabbed the bottles and proceeded to follow her in to pay. She turns around and says, "This is on me. You get you and your babies home safely." "I said really?! I wanna cry!" And I began to get teary-eyed... because anyone who really knows me knows I am a cry baby! She says, "Don't cry. Just get home safe" and she proceeds to walk in the store as I am still standing there in awe and disbelief that something good happened to me out of this not-so-good situation. Jen, GM at the Auto Zone in Casa Grande...Bless you and your beautiful soul. I am forever grateful I was led into your store this evening and blessed with your kindness and compassion. You went above and beyond for us and to you, it may have been you just doing your job and being yourself. But for me, a single mom of two knucklehead teenagers, working two jobs and at her wits end and damn near breaking point, this was a blessing in disguise and I had to share with the world that there ARE still wonderful people in this world and you are definitely one of them that's for sure! I hope you have many blessings that come your way and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure my kids and I returned home safe. read more

Yesterday when I gassed up my car I also washed my windsheild. To my dismay the driver's side wiper was not only loose, but I couldn't get it back on. I placed an online order at this location to pick up a new set this morning. I received the email at 8 this morning that my order was ready for pickup. I stopped by after dropping my son off at work down the street. There was a little wait, as other customers were served ahead of me. Getting my order was super easy, they had it right there behind the counters. The gentleman printed out my receipt, I signed stating I got the order and then he asked if I needed any help installing the blades. I was so appreciative of that! He came out and put the wipers on for me, was done in mere minutes, and I was on my way! I spent about 30 minutes yesterday trying to figure out how to put the darn thing back on and then it totally fell apart. I really wasn't looking forward to trying again, even with a new one! This morning after a misserable experience with your competitor, I came into Autozone to have my battery replaced. Already a manager (gray shirt) was outside replacing a customers battery. When I entered the store I saw 3 associates (red shirts) and another manager all helping customers. Once I got to the counter Eugene helped me get the battery, rang me up and then came outside and installed the battery. He was friendly, happy and awesome to talk to. This Auto Zone definitely deserves a five star rating. We were looking for a specific AGM battery for our vehicle. Napa had none and said hard to get now with no supply even at the warehouses. Auto Zone had what we were looking for. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even installed the battery for us. There was no charge for the installation. We will certainly keep this place in mind for future vehicle needs. read more

I am not a fan of auto parts stores, mostly because they mean my ride is broken, and I'm going to be doing work on it in the hot AZ sun. However if I have to go to one this place is it. I can't say enough good about these guys. I ordered an a/c compressor kit with Michael and the clutch went out about after a week. Michael took the time to listen to my issue and help me figure out it might be a defective unit. Often people want to blame the store for an issue they had. The part being bad is not their fault, It happens. They took the time to help me and warranty the bad part. No attitude or trouble. Just great customer service. Easy 5 stars. read more

I had a great experience at this autozone. While traveling through town, my truck engine light came on. Upon arrival, the night manager and service personnel assisted me with my issue. If I could give it lower I would... customer service is horrible,I went in to check the battery out on the car and the nasty acting girl came out with an attitude to check it and smarted off when I asked a question,so my mentality was to get smart with her and she threatened to refuse service and if I didn't like it her manager was in the office,like that little s@#& could do anything...if you have no choice to have a broke car or go here take the broke car,less issues..I use to use AutoZone alot before but,I will not ever use them again,I will go to orelly auto or order and wait for parts online before ever setting foot in there again. read more

Terrible customer service, I walked into the store which was empty, to get a battery swapped out. The lady behind the desk told me to "wait a minute" while her and 2 other employees do their best to appear pre occupied. I recommend going the extra 1/4 mile down the road to O'Reillys for better help and customer service. read more

Thank you so much. I pull in this evening with my 2004 Buick Rainer My driver side headlight isnt working. Of course I assume, new bulb. Pop the hood and wow you have to remove while front of grill and actual headlight to change the bulb. I asked the guy (don't know his name) he came out and looked and said I can't help but my manager can he is actually a mechanic. I pull up a video on YouTube He comes out and not only helped me basically did the whole thing himself. Most helpful and very patient. Keep in mind I have kids and a crying baby in the vehicle through this. My patience were honestly wearing thin, but he was calm and patient with me and then we found out o didn't even need a bulb. He let me know to get the wiring checked, out everything back together with a working headlight I went on my way. Thank you so much Angel. You truly made my day. i wonder why no one has taken the time to review this place... service was horrible... when i asked the employees on suggestions in regards to their products they had no knowledge...... of what they are selling ...... they rather sit around talking like a bunch of gossiping lil girls than help customers i was extremely disappointed seeing as there was only two other customers in the store .... and 3 associates. doing nothing.... read more
