When I stopped by, the tech said my tires were leaking again due to nails -- which they already knew about the first time -- and claimed they'd now "plug them." I assumed they were correcting their mistake. Instead, without any warning, they slapped me with another $70 charge. When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially women -- to avoid this place at all costs.

He followed up throughout the process, tracked delivery and sent pictures of the car when it arrived. When I came to the dealership to take delivery - I traded in my car, signed paperwork, transferred plates, walked thru the features and out the door in less than 2 hours! All in All - very painless. He and a tech who was standing explained to me about the differences in MOPAR coolant and advised I get a flush. I popped across the lot to the service lanes and was greeted by very friendly people, Briana and Conner, who were both very helpful, very pleasant and cheerful. He said he thought I did have the right coolant in my vehicle even though it wasn't purple (apparently it can change color over time or come out of the factory in a different shade) and even went and double checked with tech. Just to be safe I went ahead and did a coolant flush and it was easy to make an appointment and they had it done about 40 minutes after my appointment time.
