Why 5 stars? Besides that little jingle that enters your head while entering the store... You know what it is.. Oh Oh Oh O'Reilly! Auto...Parts! this particular store is very nice, and I go out of my way to go here rather than other big named stores in the area. I had a battery replaced here about 2 yrs ago when my parents were in town. Welp...my dad used his phone number for the registration on the battery. I told the Manager there the situation that I was currently going through, verified my Dad's old phone number and boom, replaced the battery without even asking anything else. I asked if I had to do any paperwork, etc and he said "Nope! You're good I'll take care of the rest, have a great day." Any other store would have given the warranty run-around and I am certain I would have had to pay for a new battery even this one technically was still under warranty. I've been here several times over the years for random Auto-Parts needs and everyone at this location is great. Thanks O'Reilly! read more

A hero cop-tress pulled me over a few nights ago because ONE OF TWO license plate lights was burned out. I guess she was bored or she was hoping to find 100 pounds of Fentanyl in my trunk. Sorry, hero, I haven't even had a ticket in 30 years! She magnanimously let me off with a warning. Thank you, your Grace! So, I had to go to Advance Auto Parts to buy a light and replacement screws for the plastic light cover because mine were all rusted to Hell (Indiana car) and I had to drill 2 of the screws out to get the plastic covers off to replace the license plate lights. Advance Auto Parts did not have anything close to the screws I needed. The employee suggested Ace Hardware. Next day I went to my local Ace Hardware and the guy didn't have what I needed, but sold me some screws he THOUGHT WOULD WORK. I tried to install them in their parking lot and they did not fit. So I went back into the store and got a refund. The next day I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and the asst. manager told me right off the bat, without even walking over to their nut/bolt/ and screw section that he didn't have them. He didn't even want to look. I have a Chevy Trailblazer, not that old, not an unusual vehicle. 3 different places that are supposed car parts/ hardware EXPERTS don't have a couple common screws!!! Their website says they will install light bulbs. I purchased 2 bulbs and because of my arthritic hands, I asked the clerk if he could install them for me. The clerk said they didn't install light bulbs because they were an electrical item. Only after showing him the website did he reluctantly agree to install them for me. Then he said they only did that if it was easy. The website didn't say only if the installation was easy Got impression he was being lazy. read more

I arrived in a panic the day before hurricane was to make landfall at 8:20pm-right before closing. I had been to two other stores who didn't carry my battery. We live in Aruba, which is far from Florida but have family near this store. We had a "car emergency" and were unable to get the parts in Aruba so called this store for help. They were able to order what we needed and get them to our family who was coming to visit. James was the one who helped us and he even called when the parts arrived to let us know they were there. I went into the store to inquire about battery prices. I was frustrated to find that in price shipping for my battery, it was pretty expensive. Regrettably, I wasn't going to purchase from O'Reilly either. I left the store and made a quick stop at a nearby restaurant. On my way back to the car, one of the guys from O'Reilly was walking towards me. "Ma'am, we can't price match, but Wal-Mart has your battery for........" I was blown away. This guy was mopping the floor's when I was in there. Which means he overheard our conversation and felt compelled to look into it, even after I had left. Way to go above and beyond!!!!!!! I had the most amazing experience with the employee Ethan today!! I called the store and needed assistance with my A/C blowing hot air.
