He offered to follow me to an Autozone to have my battery tested and after the test, the battery had to be switched. The employee told him that the part Would have to be ordered and would be in on Friday. So, my husband called earlier this morning and asked when the car part would be available for pick up at the store. The lady on the phone told him that it probably would be in later in a day. (Yes this person was not even sure of when the part was shipping to the store) So, my husband called back in the early afternoon to get a status update on his order and got either the same woman from this morning (with a nasty attitude) and she stated, " there is no such order was placed." My husband was furious! I heard him talking with the manager after all this nonsense happening, and then tells my husband, "that you didn't buy the part here and it's not under warranty." Maybe if they train employees the first time the employee could have looked up my husband's car information in their computer system! Then the manager has audacity to say, "oh maybe try advanced auto parts." They have NO compassion for their mess up!!!

The guy who rang me up gave me 2.50 for #1 copper. He didn't offer a receipt until I asked. Everything on the receipt was oddly a round number. It correlated to what I had turned in loosely at best. The price was wrong, the weights were made up and he didn't even want to give me a receipt. These people will not only look to get an edge on you, they're content to completely rip you off. This may be the worst customer service I've experienced. I stopped in on Friday to have a battery…read moretested, with the conclusion it needed to be charged not replaced. The associate suggested returning on the weekend. I arrive Sunday morning at 9:02, the gentlemen working immediately got an attitude and refused to help. He stated they would only do so if the battery was theirs. He also mentioned it would take upward of 6 hours to complete even though it is advertised as taking 4 hours. When I asked he told me that the other employees were incorrect and didn't know what they were talking about. He then proceeded to tell me that it would take 45 minutes alone to detach the battery to begin charging and urged me to get tools and do it myself. I left the store to do that and it took all of 11 minutes not the 45 he stated. If the employees don't want to provide the services the company states they do, they shouldn't be employed.
