While he addressed the immediate problem, his attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, as though I was a nuisance for asking questions. Not only was PepBoys open on the holiday, Juan and his mechanics were able to get me in at 8:00am, have the issue diagnosed by 9:15, order and replace a new radiator and get me out the door by 4:00 pm, saving what I thought was going to be a miserable holiday weekend getaway. Expensive? Not considering we still enjoyed the complete vacation itinerary, and didn't have to extend the trip waiting on parts or service. Because of a previous home residence relocation, I hadn't visited a PepBoys in quite some time. Watch out for these guys they can be very predatory because they are open late nights and on weekends. They also let me know that their veterans discount was reduced from 10% to 5% lol They franchise now so they can change anything they want.
