I saw a cashier with his coat on as I observed my surroundings. I responded and said, oh I thought the store closed at 9PM. He said it is 9. I said no, it's 8:58PM. He argued with me and eventually let me into the store when I asked if they close every day at 8:58. I even asked for the store managers phone number and they said they didn't have it. The next day I went into the store to have a conversation with the store manager. The manager confirmed that the last customer should be taken at 9pm.... the store manager didn't apologize for my experience but said that he would talk to the person I described.... horrible experience

I mentioned it and they said he was here before, and was a returning customer I said so was I and I was here before other customer. Basically shrugged shoulder and still helped out other customer. Customer had same skin color so I was basically ignored. I walked out and have never been back. I used a location in livonia, there they had great service and no racist attitude. Great customer service, came out to my car and actually replaced part that was defective, I didn't even ask him to do it, he went in came back out with part and tool and was done with repair in like 30 seconds one bolt to remove and replace and done. I asked him how much for labor, no charge, he actually looked confused, like why would I ask that. Gave him a fiver anyway for the effort, maybe buy a cheap lunch somewhere. Paid for part and was gone in like 5 min. To me longer to drive there than what it took to do total transaction. I love it when people go out of their way to help. That location gets five stars from me. This spot can kiss my ass.
