Although the price was about $20 higher, I chose them based on that promise. Seven days later, I still did not have my part. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the "2-day" claim only means the order leaves their warehouse within two days -- not that it is delivered in two days. This distinction is not clearly stated on the website and feels misleading. After pointing this out, I was offered a 10% discount. While appreciated, it does not resolve the core issue. Prior email communication only included a brief apology for "delay and confusion" with no explanation of how their shipping claim aligns with actual delivery timelines. Ultimately, my order arrived later than it would have from other suppliers and cost more, despite being advertised as the faster option. Clearer and more accurate shipping information would help customers make informed decisions.

UPDATE JUNE 2026: Despite sending me. Message on Yelp, Detroit Axle still hasn't made this right…read more Furthermore, they sent documentation to Citibank so I lost my chargeback dispute, but are now telling me they lied to my bank. I still don't have my money back and it's been months. These people are lowlife scum thieves. This company is the worst company I have ever done business with. We purchased an axle November 25, 2025 because the seller guarantees a "lifetime warranty." March 12, 2026 the axle breaks, leaving the car undriveable. We immediately contacted them to receive the replacement part under the warranty. They made us pay the shipping cost on the new part. The part never arrived. Detroit Axle gave us a tracking number that never moved. The item was never sent. They're saying their warehouse doesn't have the item in stock. We asked for a refund for the part since they don't have the item in stock. They refuse to refund the price and said we need to wait the 3-6 months it could take to receive the replacement. They have stolen our money. We did a chargeback but I am unsure if it will be approved since the part was purchased November of 2025, even though the warranty fraud occurred March 12, 2026. This company literally stole our money. Edward A.

What he meant was he didn't want the trans light to come on, on he freeway or the high speeds to make noticeable the bend in the one rim they put on. The trans blew and the rims were bent! They promised to refund me some of the $10,000 it cost me for the new transmission and replace the rims. Needless to say they did neither and wouldn't return calls and the owner seems to always be out of the country which is the reason given for everything. These guys are cons and crooks. No honor! I had a very frustrating experience with Rashid and this shop. Before bringing my vehicle down, I…read morespoke with Rashid on the phone and explained exactly what I needed done. I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.
