Their "cancellation department" apparently works separately from their "Unfortunately Department" and their "Check Back in 24 Hours Department," because nothing gets resolved. I was told I would receive updates or confirmation emails. I received nothing. I was told to keep checking back. Still nothing. Days after requesting cancellation, I still do not know whether the order is shipping, cancelled, delayed, lost, or just sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust. The worst part is the complete lack of accountability. We purchased AWD front and rear drilled brake rotors along with ceramic brake pads for our Volvo through EBay, and this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Shortly after installation, the rotors proved to be unsafe and not functioning properly, making our vehicle unreliable and concerning to drive--especially with two babies in the car. We followed the company's exchange process, including having a mechanic inspect the issue and provide video documentation. Despite doing everything asked of us, the resolution offered was unacceptable. We were told that only the rotors were eligible for replacement--not the brake pads--and that we would be responsible for approximately $100 in shipping fees to receive the replacements. For a $250 purchase, it is unreasonable to expect customers to pay such a significant amount to fix a problem caused by defective parts. We spoke with Owen, who did not offer any alternative solutions after we expressed our disappointment. He simply repeated company policy and made no effort to help resolve the issue. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were not allowed to do so, which felt dismissive. We have purchased parts from this company in the past, but after this experience, we will not be returning. We reached out to their customer service just to replace the part and they told us the part is not returnable. We didn't even want our money back we just wanted to replace the rotors for the correct size.
