I called several tire shops, and Austin was easily the most patient, helpful, and genuine person I spoke with. He looked online for the best price, called around to check availability, waited on hold, and stayed calm and professional the entire time. I stopped by simply to get air in my tire. I sat in the air service line for several minutes without anyone coming out. I finally asked an employee if anyone was working in that area, and I was assured, *"Yes, sorry, he's on his way."* I waited another **20 minutes or so** and eventually stopped another employee to ask what was going on. Again, I was told, *"He's on his way now."* We could actually see the employee walking in our direction, so the employee I was speaking with walked away, apparently thinking I was finally about to receive service. Instead, the employee walked to an area where I could no longer see him and disappeared for another **15 minutes or so** before finally coming to my vehicle. At that point, he told me I needed to go inside because my tire had **"too little air" for him to fill it.** That was simply not true. I have never experienced anything like this at another Discount Tire location. What should have been a quick and simple request to put air in my tire turned into nearly an hour of waiting, repeatedly having to track down employees, and ultimately being given an excuse that didn't make sense. The lack of customer service and professionalism at this location was extremely disappointing. **I will not be returning to this Discount Tire location and would not recommend it to others.** If you want, I can also make it **sharper and more "Google review" style**, with wording that really emphasizes how unacceptable the employee's behavior was.

My mom and I were laughing the entire time. This wasn't like normal car shopping; it was actually fun and entertaining. Michael referred us to Zach across the street because we decided to go with a used car, and Zach was amazing too. After the paperwork was signed, my mom noticed the headlight was cracked. Zach assured her he would get it replaced and immediately followed up with an email so she had proof and tracking of his word. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived for our scheduled appointment (11:30am) on-time, with only one other person in the service lobby with 3 advisors at their computers and one other person off to the right on another computer. She said she was not an advisor. About 20 minutes of waiting, the non advisor (approx 11:52am) got us checked in, due to advisors being on the phone or just unavailable. Once checked in, we were told it would be 1.5 hours or less for the service. We also asked they look at replacing the wiper blades because they weren't working and noisy. Over 2 hours after quoting 1.5 hours, now nearly 2pm) they said the car is done and we owed $73 for the front wiper blades. I asked about the warranty and the advisor said the 12 month wiper warranty expired 2 weeks prior. I also asked why we weren't advised of the cost of these wiper blades and all the advisor could say was "I wasn't the one who checked you in". I asked for the new wiper blades to be removed as paying $73 is bonkers, they removed them and we left. Due to how slow they were, never greeting us, and lack of providing an estimate for services, we're not interested in using this dealership for service in the future. -we got awesome wiper blades off amazon for $26 delivered the next morning. Honestly, I would not have left this review if they would have just made us feel welcome and informed.

Even though I made an appointment on a prior call, I was later told that new owners do not take appointments persay but rely on anyone who comes gets in. Apparently, at this time, due to a glitch, ALL site calls are routed to this particular shop. Was checked in very expeditious and courteous for my "oil change and alignment." Unfortunately, it was not until I arrived home that I became aware that the oil change did not occur. The "new system" seems not very efficient, rather disjointed and discombobulated. I am hoping for a local, reliable future service commitment, but time will tell, I suppose.
